沈阳新南66kV输变电工程项目进度优化研究

【摘要】:作为国民经济的基础,电力系统的稳定发展与我国的经济持续发展息息相关,可靠的电能将极大的促进各行各业以及居民生活的提高。变电站肩负着电能分配与电能转换的重要职责,是组成电力系统的十分重要的部分。为了保证输变电工程项目的安全与可靠,需加强对其的工程项目管理。输变电工程的施工过程中涉及专业广泛,施工条件复杂,具有强大的实践性,复杂性,风险性与多样性的特点。输变电工程项目在实际施工中一般按照口头命令执行工作流程,造成了工程项目管理过程中缺乏系统性的有关项目管理方法。施工效率的低下与施工不安全的问题极大影响了变电站的建设,因此,为了确保输变电工程项目如期完成,对输变电工程项目进行进度优化与控制将成为当代工程项目管理研究中的重要课题。针对输变电工程项目,本文在阅读大量国内外文献的基础上,深入学习有关输变电工程的项目进度优化领域的研究现状,细致分析输变电工程项目在进度管理方面的特点与方法。针对沈阳新南66kV输变电工程项目,运用WBS进行项目分解,建立了甘特图对各专业的分工进行直观展示。然后,本文针对沈阳新南66kV输变电工程项目的特点,建立进度优化模型,运用量子差分算法对其进行进度优化,并且将优化结果与差分算法的进度优化结果进行对比。研究结果表明,相较于差分算法,量子差分算法在解决输变电工程项目的进度优化问题时具有更高的有效性与适用性,本论文为输变电工程项目的进度优化问题的解决开拓了新的思路。
[Abstract]:As the foundation of the national economy, the stable development of the power system is closely related to the sustained economic development of our country. The reliable electric energy will greatly promote the improvement of all walks of life and the life of the residents. Substation shoulders the important responsibility of power distribution and power conversion, and it is a very important part of power system. In order to ensure the safety and reliability of the transmission and transformation project, it is necessary to strengthen the project management. The construction process of power transmission and transformation projects involves a wide range of specialties, complex construction conditions, strong practicality, complexity, risk and diversity characteristics. In the actual construction of power transmission and transformation projects, the workflow is generally executed according to oral orders, which results in the lack of systematic project management methods in the process of project management. The problems of low construction efficiency and unsafe construction have greatly affected the construction of substations. Therefore, in order to ensure the completion of transmission and transformation projects on schedule, To optimize and control the progress of transmission and transformation projects will be an important subject in the research of modern project management. On the basis of reading a large number of domestic and foreign documents, this paper deeply studies the research status of project schedule optimization of transmission and transformation projects. The characteristics and methods of schedule management of transmission and transformation project are analyzed in detail. In view of Shenyang Xinnan 66kV transmission and transformation project, the project is decomposed by WBS, and the Gantt chart is set up to show the division of labor of each specialty directly. Then, according to the characteristics of Shenyang Xinnan 66kV transmission and transformation project, the schedule optimization model is established, and the quantum difference algorithm is used to optimize the progress of the project, and the optimization results are compared with the results of the difference algorithm. The results show that, compared with the difference algorithm, quantum difference algorithm is more effective and applicable in solving the scheduling optimization problem of transmission and transformation projects. This paper opens up a new way to solve the problem of transmission and transformation project schedule optimization.
