无锡英特宜家购物中心设计评析

【摘要】:随着国内购物中心项目的不断涌现,同质化购物中心不断增加,在此背景下购物中心差异化设计就显得尤为重要。无锡英特宜家购物中心是江苏省无锡市的重要购物、娱乐、休闲、体验的综合性商业项目,作为宜家集团在中国开发的第一个购物中心项目,无锡英特宜家购物中心项目融入了纯正的北欧文化,在整个设计过程中的各个专业方面有较多的新颖性尝试。本文围绕无锡英特宜家购物中心的全程设计和评价,通过对无锡英特宜家购物中心的总体设计、单体设计、流线分析等,结合购物中心与宜家家居的关系,并通过项目后评估的印证,探讨购物中心建筑设计的理论与方法。全文共分六个章节。第一章分析研究购物中心项目的发展历程,购物中心发展所面临的问题,由此提出本课题的研究目的、研究方法、研究意义,研究框架及最新研究动态。第二章分析无锡英特宜家购物中心概念设计,剖析项目概念阶段的构思方法与手段。第三章分析无锡英特宜家购物中心的方案设计,从总体设计、单体设计、流线分析等方面,探讨整个项目在方案设计阶段的设计方法与策略。第四章分析无锡英特宜家购物中心开业后,从顾客、施工、租户、运营维护等多个角度通过调研、分析、整理对购物中心设计理论与方法加以印证。第五章比较无锡英特宜家购物中心与作者所实践的其他购物中心项目在设计理念、设计方法的差异。第六章是全文总结和结束语
[Abstract]:With the continuous emergence of domestic shopping center projects, homogenization shopping center is increasing, under this background, the design of shopping center differentiation is particularly important. Wuxi Ikea Shopping Center is an important shopping, entertainment, leisure and experience comprehensive commercial project in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province. It is the first shopping center project developed by Ikea Group in China. Wuxi Ikea shopping center project integrates the pure Nordic culture, in the whole design process in the various professional aspects of more innovative attempts. Based on the whole design and evaluation of Ikea shopping center in Wuxi, this paper combines the relationship between the shopping center and IKEA through the overall design, single design, streamline analysis and so on. The theory and method of shopping center architectural design are discussed through the verification of post-project evaluation. The full text is divided into six chapters. The first chapter analyzes the development course of shopping center project and the problems facing the development of shopping center, and puts forward the research purpose, research method, research significance, research framework and the latest research trends. The second chapter analyzes the conceptual design of Wuxi Ikea shopping center, and analyzes the conception methods and means of the conceptual stage of the project. The third chapter analyzes the project design of Wuxi Ikea shopping center, discusses the design method and strategy of the whole project in the project design stage from the aspects of overall design, single design, streamline analysis and so on. The fourth chapter analyzes the Wuxi Ikea shopping center after opening, from the customer, construction, tenants, operation and maintenance and other aspects of research, analysis, sorting out the shopping center design theory and methods to verify. Chapter five compares the differences between Wuxi Ikea Shopping Center and other shopping center projects in design concept and design method. Chapter six is the summary and conclusion
