碳纤维布加固钢筋混凝土梁受力特性分析

【摘要】:碳纤维加固技术是近年在土木工程中新出现的一项结构加固技术。由于其具有密度小、强度高、耐腐蚀、施工操作简单等优点,一经出现便被广泛应用。碳纤维加固钢筋混凝土技术即将碳纤维材料粘贴在所需加固的钢筋混凝土结构构件的外表面,.使碳纤维材料和钢筋混凝土构件共同承受荷载,从而达到提高构件承载能力、加固构件的作用。本文利用有限元法,针对碳纤维布加固钢筋混凝土梁开展参数分析,主要内容包括:综述了几种常用的钢筋混凝土结构加固方法,并主要介绍碳纤维布加固法的原理,施工方法和优点。建立适于分析碳纤维布加固钢筋混凝土构件力学性能的有限元数值模型,介绍有限元模型中混凝土、钢筋、碳纤维布的本构关系和单元类型。分析粘贴碳纤维布对钢筋混凝土梁抗弯性能的影响。验证数值模型的正确性并深入研究碳纤维布加固层数(厚度)、梁弯剪区域的碳纤维布加固长度、混凝土强度等级和纵筋配筋率等设计参数对加固梁体抗弯性能的影响。分析粘贴碳纤维布对钢筋混凝土梁抗剪性能的影响。通过分析钢筋混凝土梁发生剪切破坏时斜截面的受力特点和破坏形态,揭示碳纤维布在梁抗剪切破坏中的作用机理,并进一步研究加固粘贴碳纤维布的宽度、间距、层数(厚度)、混凝土强度等级、箍筋配箍率和梁体剪跨比等设计参数对加固梁体抗剪性能的影响。总结各个设计参数对加固钢筋混凝土梁抗弯曲破坏和抗剪切破坏影响程度,为碳纤维布加固法在实际工程中的应用提供参考。
[Abstract]:Carbon fiber reinforcement technology is a new structural strengthening technology in civil engineering in recent years. Because of its advantages of low density, high strength, corrosion resistance and simple construction operation, it is widely used once it appears. Carbon fiber reinforced concrete technology the carbon fiber material is pasted on the external surface of the reinforced concrete structural member which needs to be strengthened. The carbon fiber material and the reinforced concrete member are subjected to the load together so as to improve the bearing capacity of the member and strengthen the function of the member. In this paper, the finite element method is used to analyze the parameters of reinforced concrete beams strengthened with CFRP sheets. The main contents are as follows: several commonly used reinforcement methods of reinforced concrete structures are summarized, and the principle of CFRP reinforcement method is mainly introduced. Construction methods and advantages. A finite element numerical model is established to analyze the mechanical properties of reinforced concrete members strengthened with carbon fiber sheets. The constitutive relations and element types of concrete, steel bars and carbon fiber sheets in the finite element model are introduced. The effect of bonded carbon fiber sheets on the flexural behavior of reinforced concrete beams is analyzed. The validity of the numerical model is verified and the effects of the design parameters such as the thickness of CFRP reinforced concrete strength grade of concrete and reinforcement ratio of longitudinal reinforcement on the flexural behavior of strengthened beams are studied in depth such as the number of layers (thickness) the length of CFRP reinforcement in the flexural shear region of beams and the strength grade of concrete and the reinforcement ratio of longitudinal reinforcement. The effect of bonded carbon fiber sheet on shear resistance of reinforced concrete beams is analyzed. By analyzing the stress characteristics and failure patterns of oblique section in shear failure of reinforced concrete beams, the mechanism of the action of CFRP sheets on shear failure of beams is revealed, and the width and spacing of CFRP sheets strengthened with CFRP sheets are further studied. The influence of the design parameters such as the number of layers (thickness), the strength grade of concrete, the ratio of stirrups and the shear span ratio of beams on the shear resistance of strengthened beams. The influence of various design parameters on the flexural failure and shear failure of reinforced concrete beams is summarized, which provides a reference for the application of CFRP reinforcement method in practical engineering.
