低冲击视角下的城市新区开发建设策略研究

【摘要】:由于城市新区开发建设过程中的快速性、片面性等,导致我国现今的城市新区出现了一系列问题,如新区边界无序蔓延、土地利用效率低、产业配置不合理、人居环境差等。为了解决城市新区开发建设中出现的这些问题,本文将低冲击开发理念引入其中。低冲击作为以对资源环境低影响为基本原则的开发理念,可以对城市新区的开发建设予以调控和引导,以实现城市新区开发建设与资源环境保护的平衡。文章旨在以低冲击的角度为城市新区提供开发建设的新路径,减少对资源环境的冲击与破坏,建立可持续的发展方式。 文章通过四大部分对问题进行探讨。第一部分为绪论部分,主要是对本文的研究背景、研究目的和意义、研究对象以及研究方法进行介绍;第二部分为第二章,通过国内外理论以及实践的研究综述,对比得出我国城市新区建设中出现的问题,即本文所要研究和期望解决的问题;第三部分为第三章和第四章,以低冲击开发理念为出发点提出了解决城市新区存在问题的一系列策略,并且通过低冲击开发理念在深圳光明新区规划中的应用对提出的解决策略进行了实例验证。第四部分为结论部分,总结本论文研究的主要内容、创新点和不足之处,并指出下一步的研究问题及方向。 作为低冲击开发理念在城市规划领域拓展的初步探索,论文的创新点主要有以下三个方面:对低冲击开发理念在城市规划领域的概念进行了进一步深化;将低冲击开发理念引入城市规划领域进行探索,为我国未来城市的发展寻求新的视角;对城市新区开发建设过程中出现的一系列问题,以低冲击为视角提出针对性的解决策略。
[Abstract]:Because of the speed and one-sidedness in the development and construction of the new urban districts, a series of problems have appeared in the new urban areas of our country, such as the sprawl of the boundary of the new areas, the low efficiency of land use, the unreasonable industrial allocation, the poor living environment and so on. In order to solve these problems in the development and construction of new urban districts, this paper introduces the concept of low impact development. As a development concept based on the principle of low impact on resources and environment, low impact can regulate and guide the development and construction of new urban areas, so as to achieve the balance between the development and construction of urban new areas and the protection of resources and environment. The purpose of this paper is to provide a new way for the development and construction of the new urban area from the angle of low impact, to reduce the impact and damage to the resources and environment, and to establish a sustainable development mode. This paper discusses the problem through four parts. The first part is the introduction part, mainly introduces the research background, the research purpose and the significance, the research object and the research method; the second part is the second chapter, through the domestic and foreign theory and the practice research summary, The author compares the problems in the construction of new urban areas in China, that is, the problems to be studied and expected to be solved in this paper; the third part is the third and fourth chapters. Based on the concept of low impact development, a series of strategies are put forward to solve the problems existing in the new urban area, and an example is given to verify the application of the concept of low impact development in the planning of Shenzhen Guangming New District. The fourth part is the conclusion part, summarizes the main content, innovation and deficiency of this paper, and points out the next research problem and direction. As a preliminary exploration of the development concept of low impact development in the field of urban planning, the innovation of this paper mainly includes the following three aspects: further deepening the concept of low impact development in the field of urban planning; The concept of low-impact development is introduced into the field of urban planning to seek a new perspective for the future development of cities in China, and a series of problems in the process of development and construction of new urban areas are discussed.
