龙游翠光岩古洞室群及周边环境的保护策略初探

【摘要】:龙游小南海石室(石窟)2013年被国务院批准为第七批全国重点文物保护单位。龙游石窟由于围岩易风化,加之因旅游开发造成环境急剧变化,使洞周失去积水的支撑并加速了风化;也由于缺少必要保护,民间高涨的开发热情,造成了比较严重的破坏情况。现今随着龙游石窟入选“国保”和人们文物保护意识的增强,对龙游石窟的保护提出了更高的要求。至于龙游石窟重要组成部分的龙游翠光岩一带的古洞室群,虽然尚未旅游开发,但因长期风化和人为破坏,也造成了较严重的变形破坏,如艾公洞等;甚至形成了整体倒塌问题,如翠光岩主洞室所发生的倒塌等。因此,对翠光岩一带的古洞室群的遗存部分及其周边环境开展保护策略的研究是适时和重要的。论文首先回顾我国古洞室从起源到发展直至尾声的历史,对古洞室的类型与相关文物保护的法规制度进行了分析归纳,系统地建立了研究所需的背景平台。对翠光岩古洞室群的价值体系、现状、周边环境三方面进行了深入细致的调查与分析,并进行了洞室变形破坏防治方法、长期防风化保护措施、旅游开发规划保护方案的研究,进而提出了相应的保护方法和实施策略。本文最终认为:(1)翠光岩古洞室群及周边环境的保护应当建立其多样化的价值体系。系统地认知翠光岩古洞室群的科学、艺术、历史和旅游价值是保护翠光岩古洞室群的动力;翠光岩古洞室群保护需要从社会需求考虑各价值的关系,而保护实践体现价值维度的最佳方式则是各种价值合理、适度的规划利用。(2)翠光岩古洞室群及周边环境的规划利用应当基于工程地质学。规划利用的前提是确保旅游安全,应从地质灾害及防治出发,探讨具体的规划利用方法。(3)翠光岩古洞室群及周边环境的保护策略应当综合考虑。为了延缓或阻止其变形破坏的继续发展,应当结合本体保护、周围环境整治和开发利用三方面,探讨具体的保护方法和技术措施。
[Abstract]:Longyou Xiaonanhai Stone Chamber (grottoes) was approved by the State Council in 2013 as the seventh batch of national key cultural relics protection units. Due to the weathering of surrounding rocks and the dramatic changes in the environment caused by tourism development, the Longyou grottoes lose the support of the stagnant water and accelerate the weathering around the caves. Also, due to the lack of necessary protection, the folk enthusiasm for development is high. Caused more serious damage. Nowadays, with the selection of Longyou Grottoes as "National Protection" and the enhancement of people's consciousness of cultural relic protection, higher requirements are put forward for the protection of Longyou Grottoes. As for the ancient cave group in Longyou Grottoes, which is an important part of Longyou Grottoes, although it has not yet been developed for tourism, it has also caused serious deformation and destruction due to long-term weathering and man-made destruction, such as Ai Gongdong. Even the whole collapse problem has been formed, such as the collapse of the main cavern of Cuiguang rock. Therefore, it is timely and important to study the residual part of the ancient cavern group and its surrounding environment in Cuiguangyan area. This paper first reviews the history of ancient caverns in China from origin to development to the end, analyzes and summarizes the types of ancient caverns and the laws and regulations related to the protection of cultural relics, and systematically establishes the background platform for the study. The value system, present situation and surrounding environment of the ancient cave group of Cuiguangyan are investigated and analyzed in detail, and the methods of preventing and controlling the deformation and destruction of the cave, the long-term weathering protection measures, the plan of tourism development and protection are studied. Then the corresponding protection methods and implementation strategies are put forward. This paper concludes that: (1) the protection of ancient caverns and surrounding environment of Cuiguangyan should establish its diversified value system. It is systematically recognized that the scientific, artistic, historical and tourist value of Cuiguangyan ancient cave group is the motive force to protect Cuiguangyan ancient cavern group, and that the protection of Cuiguangyan ancient cavern group needs to consider the relationship of each value according to the social demand. The best way to embody the value dimension in conservation practice is reasonable value and appropriate planning and utilization. (2) the planning and utilization of Cuiguangyan ancient cavern group and its surrounding environment should be based on engineering geology. The premise of planning and utilization is to ensure the safety of tourism. The specific planning and utilization methods should be discussed from geological hazards and prevention and control. (3) the protection strategy of Cuiguangyan ancient cavern group and its surrounding environment should be considered synthetically. In order to delay or prevent the further development of deformation and failure, the concrete protection methods and technical measures should be discussed in combination with three aspects: ontology protection, environmental remediation and exploitation and utilization.
