翠屏山城市森林公园景观资源评价及规划设计研究

【摘要】：目前,随着我国城市化进程加速发展,自然环境破坏日益加重,与此同时,人们生活质量不断提高,居住在城市的人们对生活质量的向往日益强烈,城市中已有的绿地及公园已不能满足人们的需求,城市森林公园优越的地理优势以及良好的生态环境成为旅游者关注的新热点。但随着一些城市开展城市森林公园旅游,对城市森林公园景观资源做出正确评价,从而实现合理规划城市森林公园,对改善城市环境具有重要现实意义。本文运用了文献研究法、专家打分与层次分析相结合的研究方法。通过查阅文献资料,梳理总结了森林公园概念、城市森林公园概念、城市森林公园主要特征以及城市森林公园研究的理论基础,并归纳概括了城市森林公园的主要特点和功能,对城市森林公园景观资源评价及规划设计的研究进展进行归纳概括。依照《中国森林公园风景资源质量等级评定(GB/T8005-1999)》、《森林旅游资源评价标准》中的相关内容,并参考相关文献中对城市森林景观资源评价研究,通过对评价因子进行筛选,构建了城市森林公园景观资源评价体系,确定评价因子的权重,形成了翠屏山城市森林公园景观资源评价标准。评价结果显示,翠屏山城市森林公园风景资源质量较高,尤以生物资源所占权重最高,得分也很高,表明森林公园生物资源非常丰富；区域环境质量中的卫生状况所占比重很高,但得分相对一般,说明森林公园的卫生条件有待改善,大气质量权重值和得分均较高；对旅游开发条件评价显示,森林公园的交通和区位条件优势明显。翠屏山森林公园景观资源最终得分为8.0029分,景观资源等级为一级,景观资源质量好,具有较高旅游价值,很难人工创造,要注意保护,确定完善的开发措施,注重森林公园环境卫生状况的改善,使翠屏山城市森林公园能够持续发挥其多种功能。根据对翠屏山城市森林公园景观资源的评价结果,在充分结合城市森林公园规划理论的前提下,从翠屏山城市森林公园目前存在问题入手,从总体布局、环境容量估算、景点规划、基础设施、服务设施规划等方面入手,结合理论指导,对翠屏山城市森林公园进行景观规划实践,并提出了森林公园在开发及开展旅游活动过程中对景观资源保护的建议,以利于翠屏山城市森林公园有序开发与建设。
[Abstract]:At present, with the rapid development of urbanization in our country, the destruction of the natural environment is becoming more and more serious. At the same time, the quality of life of people living in cities is becoming stronger and stronger. The existing green space and parks in cities can no longer meet the needs of people. The advantageous geographical advantages and good ecological environment of urban forest parks have become a new hot spot for tourists to pay attention to. However, with the development of urban forest park tourism in some cities, it is of great practical significance to make a correct evaluation of the landscape resources of the urban forest park and to realize the rational planning of the urban forest park, which is of great practical significance to the improvement of the urban environment. This paper uses the research method of literature research, expert scoring and analytic hierarchy process. By consulting the literature, this paper summarizes the concept of forest park, the main characteristics of urban forest park and the theoretical basis of urban forest park research, and summarizes the main characteristics and functions of urban forest park. The research progress of landscape resource evaluation and planning design of urban forest park is summarized. According to the relevant contents of "quality Evaluation of Landscape Resources of China Forest Park (GB/ T8005-1999)" and "criteria of Forest Tourism Resources Evaluation", the evaluation of urban forest landscape resources was studied with reference to relevant literature, and the evaluation factors were screened. The evaluation system of landscape resources of urban forest park was constructed, the weight of evaluation factors was determined, and the evaluation standard of landscape resources of urban forest park in Cuiping Mountain was formed. The evaluation results showed that the quality of landscape resources in Cuipingshan City Forest Park was high, especially the weight of biological resources was the highest, and the score was also very high, which indicated that the forest park was rich in biological resources. The proportion of health status in regional environmental quality is very high, but the score is relatively general, which indicates that the sanitation condition of forest park needs to be improved, and the weight value and score of atmospheric quality are both high. Forest park traffic and location advantages are obvious. The final score of landscape resources of Cuipingshan Forest Park is 8.0029 points, and the landscape resources grade is one grade, the quality of landscape resources is good, the tourism value is relatively high, it is very difficult to create artificially, we should pay attention to protection and determine the perfect development measures. Attention should be paid to the improvement of the environmental hygiene condition of forest parks, so that Cuipingshan City Forest Park can continue to play its various functions. According to the evaluation results of the landscape resources of Cuipingshan City Forest Park, under the premise of fully combining the planning theory of the Urban Forest Park, starting with the existing problems of the Urban Forest Park of Cuipingshan City, this paper estimates the overall layout and environmental capacity of the park. Starting with the planning of scenic spots, infrastructure and service facilities, and combining with the theoretical guidance, the landscape planning practice of Cuiping Mountain Urban Forest Park is carried out. In order to benefit the orderly development and construction of Cuipingshan City Forest Park, the paper puts forward some suggestions on the protection of landscape resources in the course of developing and developing tourism activities of Forest Park.
