美好乡村建设中徽州古村落保护与发展研究

【摘要】：具有深厚历史文化底蕴的徽州古村落，是我国优秀传统文化及历史遗存的载体，也是当地经济发展、科技进步和艺术成就的历史见证。然而随着城市化高速发展促进城乡一体化，造成村落发展步子迈的过大，致使徽州古村落在保护与发展的过程中遭遇不同程度的破坏。美好乡村建设是在新农村的基础上提出的，相对古村落的保护有其自己的优势，因此，将古村落保护发展与美好乡村建设有机融为一体，“吸取精华”、“去其糟粕”，从而使得徽州古村落弹性保护、持续发展为本次研究的课题。首先，本文针对徽州古村落的历史要素进行深入的调研分析，进而辩证分析美好乡村与古村落之间“美”与“古”的关系及古村落“保护”与“发展”之间的关系，总结美好乡村建设中古村落保护与发展的目标。其次，本文研究了徽州古村落的五个演变过程，包括形成期、发展期、鼎盛期、衰落期及复兴期。并针对目前徽州古村落所处的复兴期及发展情况，通过实地调研、访谈等方式整理出徽州古村落存在的问题。同时考虑到美好乡村建设刚刚起步，在建设过程中也难免会出现一些问题，然后通过两者的比较分析，提炼出美好乡村建设与古村落保护与发展之间的共性与差异。最后，，通过以上两者的辩证分析，结合徽州古村落的自身特点和时代特征，提出美好乡村建设中古村落保护与发展的六点原则。另外针对美好乡村建设与古村落保护与发展之间的共性与差异，分别提出相应的措施。并以典型案例徽州古村落屏山村美好乡村建设为例，分别从空间（点、线、面）及产业两个方面提出相应的保护措施，最终试图促进徽州古村落与美好乡村之间“古”与“美”的有机融合。
[Abstract]:The ancient village of Huizhou, which has profound historical and cultural background, is the carrier of our excellent traditional culture and historical relics, as well as the historical witness of local economic development, scientific and technological progress and artistic achievements. However, with the rapid development of urbanization to promote the integration of urban and rural areas, the village development is too large, resulting in the protection and development of ancient villages in Huizhou encountered varying degrees of destruction. The better rural construction is put forward on the basis of the new countryside, which has its own advantages over the protection of the ancient villages. Therefore, the development of the protection and development of the ancient villages and the construction of the beautiful villages are integrated into one organic whole, "absorbing the essence" and "getting rid of the dross", So that the flexible protection of ancient villages in Huizhou, sustainable development is the subject of this study. First of all, this article carries on the thorough investigation and analysis to the historical elements of the ancient villages in Huizhou, and then dialectically analyzes the relationship between "beauty" and "ancient" between the beautiful villages and the ancient villages, and the relationship between the "protection" and "development" of the ancient villages. Summarize the goal of the protection and development of the beautiful village construction in the middle ancient times. Secondly, this paper studies the five evolution processes of ancient villages in Huizhou, including formative period, development period, peak period, decline period and revival period. According to the revival period and development situation of Huizhou ancient villages at present, the existing problems of Huizhou ancient villages are sorted out through field investigation, interview and so on. At the same time, considering that the construction of beautiful countryside has just started, some problems will inevitably appear in the process of construction, and then through the comparative analysis of the two, the commonness and difference between the better rural construction and the protection and development of ancient villages are extracted. Finally, through the dialectical analysis of the above two, combined with the characteristics of the ancient villages in Huizhou and the characteristics of the times, this paper puts forward six principles for the protection and development of the beautiful villages in the construction of the ancient villages. In addition, in view of the common character and difference between the beautiful rural construction and the protection and development of the ancient villages, the corresponding measures are put forward respectively. Taking the typical case of beautiful village construction of Pingshan village in Huizhou as an example, the corresponding protection measures are put forward from two aspects of space (point, line, area) and industry, respectively. Finally, it tries to promote the organic fusion of ancient village and beautiful village in Huizhou.
