再生骨料混凝土板冲切性能试验

【摘要】：以再生粗骨料取代率为主要参数,进行了再生混凝土板的冲切试验,分析了板在冲切荷载作用点处的荷载-中心点挠度曲线、板底钢筋应变、板顶混凝土应变、破坏形态及受冲切极限承载力等.分析结果表明:随着再生粗骨料取代率的提高,板在各个受力阶段的变形性能和受冲切承载力均有所降低.基于试验结果,对普通混凝土板受冲切极限承载力计算公式进行了修正,建立了再生混凝土板受冲切极限承载力计算公式并进行了校核,结果可以用于再生混凝土板的抗冲切设计.
[Abstract]:Taking recycled coarse aggregate replacement rate as the main parameter, the punching test of recycled concrete slabs was carried out, and the load-center deflection curve of the slab at the point where the punching load was applied, the steel bar strain at the bottom of the slab and the strain of concrete on the top of the slab were analyzed. Failure form and ultimate bearing capacity of punching shear. The results show that with the increase of the replacement ratio of recycled coarse aggregate, the deformation performance and punching capacity of the plate are decreased in each stress stage. Based on the experimental results, the formula for calculating the ultimate bearing capacity of ordinary concrete slabs subjected to impact shear is modified, and the formula for calculating the ultimate bearing capacity of recycled concrete slabs under punching shear is established and checked. The results can be used in the design of punching shear of recycled concrete slabs.
