城市高密度区大学校园立体化研究

【摘要】:怎样才能缓解全球性的空间资源过度消耗形势?怎样能减少城市扩张带来的校园建设动辄占地数千亩甚至占用城郊农业用地的情况?什么样的空间、功能组织模式可以提高城市土地资源的利用效率?仍由平面功能分区思路主导的校园规划设计能否转向更三维立体化的空间操作方式? 本文从提高城市土地资源使用效率的角度出发,以大学校园为关注点,就如何实现大学校园立体化展开研究。笔者通过不同角度与层面的分析,归纳立体化大学校园的定义、特征和类型,论证立体化大学校园模式的价值与限制,就建筑功能、流线、空间、形态等提出初步的设计策略,作为当前大学校园集约化建设的一种可能的补充模式,为将来若有需要的设计者提供一些参考。 本文共有六章,可分为五大部分。 第一章为绪论。本章主要阐述论文研究的背景、意义、方法和框架,并对国内外前人的研究成果进行概述。 第二章为大学校园立体化概述。本章就立体化建筑及立体化大学校园的发展概况及建设现状进行概述,回顾它们的发展历程,,并通过现状调研分析提出本论文拟解决的主要问题。 第三章为大学校园立体化基础研究。在本章中通过不同角度对立体化大学校园的案例和认知展开分析,归纳总结出立体化大学校园的定义、特征和类型,并对其能效和限制因素展开论述。 第四章为大学校园立体化的能效与制约。从城市、学校主体、建筑使用者三个角度分析大学校园立体化的优势,并从功能、流线、空间、防灾与安全、造价等因素分析立体化大学校园的不利因素。 第五章为大学校园立体化的设计策略。从城市关系、功能布局、流线设置、空间组织、形态处理、生态设计、结构选型、设备防灾共八个角度着手展开细致论述。 第六章为结论篇。在本章中对全文关于大学校园立体化的相关理论成果进行总结,并对立体化大学校园的未来作出展望,为未来相关从业者的研究与设计工作提供一些参考。
[Abstract]:How can we alleviate the excessive consumption of global space resources? How to reduce the urban expansion of campus construction often covers an area of thousands of mu or even occupy the suburban agricultural land situation? What kind of space and functional organization mode can improve the utilization efficiency of urban land resources? Can the campus planning and design, which is still dominated by plane function zoning, be changed to a more three-dimensional spatial operation mode? From the point of view of improving the efficiency of urban land resources, this paper focuses on how to realize the three-dimensional university campus. Through the analysis of different angles and levels, the author summarizes the definition, characteristics and types of the three-dimensional university campus, demonstrates the value and limitation of the three-dimensional university campus model, and puts forward a preliminary design strategy for the architectural function, streamline, space, shape, etc. As a possible supplementary model for the intensive construction of university campuses, this paper provides some references for designers who need it in the future. There are six chapters in this paper, which can be divided into five parts. The first chapter is the introduction. This chapter mainly describes the background, significance, methods and framework of the paper, and summarizes the previous research results at home and abroad. The second chapter is an overview of the three-dimensional campus. This chapter summarizes the development and construction status of the three-dimensional architecture and the three-dimensional university campus, reviews their development process, and puts forward the main problems to be solved through the investigation and analysis of the present situation. The third chapter is the basic research of university campus. In this chapter, the definition, characteristics and types of stereoscopic university campus are summarized by analyzing the case and cognition of stereoscopic university campus from different angles, and its energy efficiency and limiting factors are discussed. The fourth chapter is about the energy efficiency and restriction of university campus. This paper analyzes the advantages of three-dimensional university campus from three aspects of city, school subject and building user, and analyzes the unfavorable factors of three-dimensional university campus from the aspects of function, streamline, space, disaster prevention and safety, cost and so on. The fifth chapter is the design strategy of three-dimensional university campus. From the aspects of urban relationship, functional layout, streamline setting, spatial organization, morphological treatment, ecological design, structural selection and equipment disaster prevention, this paper begins to discuss in detail. Chapter six is the conclusion. In this chapter, the author summarizes the relevant theoretical results of the three-dimensional campus, and makes a prospect for the future of the three-dimensional university campus, which provides some references for the future research and design of the relevant practitioners.
