商务型酒店客房人性化设计研究

【摘要】:商务型酒店相比于其他酒店产品,其消费客群与客人入住模式具有一定的特殊性,因此其客房设计也与其他酒店产品客房不同。随着社会人口结构的变化,商务型酒店的消费客群也发生了变化,并呈现出多样化的发展趋势,商务型酒店客房设计需要满足多种人群的使用需求。此外,由于科技的不断发展,电子设备、卫浴设施的更新换代对商务型酒店客房提出了新的要求。然而一些设计者没有对商务型酒店客房的特殊性予以重视,,缺乏对其使用者需求的了解,常常直接套用其他类型酒店客房平面,导致目前大部分商务型酒店客房平面布局较为相似,并存在不少问题。而当下对于商务型酒店客房设计实用化、人性化的研究较为不足。因此,本论文以功能需求作为切入点,将中高档商务型酒店客房作为研究对象,对其客房的平面布局、室内设计、设施设备进行人性化设计探索研究。 首先,通过对十余家商务型酒店的实际入住与采访调研,以绘制平面、拍摄照片、采访以及收集网上客人点评等方式整理总结出商务型酒店客房目前存在的问题;其次,研究不同人群对客房的使用需求,并收集了国外商务型酒店客房人性化设计的优秀案例,总结出其人性化设计的优秀经验与方法;然后,在相关理论研究的基础上,尝试提出了商务型酒店客房设计平面布局、室内设计、设施设备方面人性化设计的要点;最后,以厦门观音山广场综合体为实践项目,对其酒店客房部分进行了平面深化及修改,完成了客房室内人性化设计初步方案,以此来验证与修正本次研究的结论。
[Abstract]:Compared with other hotel products, commercial hotel has some particularity in guest group and guest occupancy mode, so its guest room design is different from other hotel product guest rooms. With the change of social demographic structure, the consumer group of commercial hotels has also changed, and has shown a diversified development trend. The design of business hotel rooms needs to meet the needs of a variety of people. In addition, due to the development of science and technology, the upgrading of electronic equipment and sanitary facilities has put forward new requirements for commercial hotel rooms. However, some designers do not attach importance to the particularity of commercial hotel rooms, lack understanding of their users' needs, and often directly apply the plane of other types of hotel rooms. As a result, most of the commercial hotel room layout is similar, and there are many problems. But at present for the commercial hotel room design practicality, the humanization research is relatively insufficient. Therefore, this paper takes the function demand as the breakthrough point, takes the middle-grade commercial hotel guest room as the research object, carries on the humanity design exploration to its guest room plane layout, the interior design, the facility equipment. First of all, through the actual check in and interview investigation of more than a dozen commercial hotels, in order to draw a plane, take photos, interview and collect online guest comments, we can sort out the problems existing in the business hotel guest rooms at present; secondly, This paper studies the needs of different groups of people for the use of guest rooms, and collects outstanding cases of humanized design of guest rooms in foreign commercial hotels, and sums up the excellent experience and methods of humanized design. Then, on the basis of relevant theoretical research, This paper tries to put forward the main points of humanized design of commercial hotel room design, including plane layout, interior design, facilities and equipment. Finally, taking Xiamen Guanyinshan Square complex as a practical project, In order to verify and revise the conclusion of this study, the preliminary plan of humanized design of guest room is completed.
