不同替代率再生混凝土的力学性能研究

【摘要】:近些年来,为了解决城市每年产生的建筑垃圾,再生混凝土作为一种新型混凝土被应用到实际工程中。再生混凝土是利用建筑垃圾中的废弃混凝土作为粗、细骨料,不仅可以节约不可再生的自然资源、缓解骨料的供需矛盾,同时还有利于环境保护。 由于多种因素的影响,再生混凝土本身的物理和力学性能比较复杂,所以需要对再生混凝土进行系统的研究。研究内容为不同替代率再生混凝土的物理性能和力学性能。首先讨论了再生粗骨料的制备工艺以及物理性能,根据普通混凝土的使用规范对再生混凝土的制取做了一系列的要求,得到了再生粗骨料的制取工艺流程图,对以后大规模的生产再生骨料做出了保障。其次通过5组C30再生混凝土试验,研究了在同一配合比、同一替代率、同一设计强度下,废弃混凝土的强度对再生混凝土强度的影响,得出了再生混凝土的强度跟废弃混凝土的强度成正比这一结论。最后通过对替代率分别为0%、20%、40%、60%、80%、100%,强度等级分别为C20、C30、C40的18组再生混凝土试块进行非破损和破损试验研究,得到了再生混凝土的配合比设计方法,再生骨料的替代率为40%时C20、C30再生混凝土的力学性能最佳,再生骨料的替代率为20%时C40再生混凝土的力学性能最佳,,以及对再生混凝土立方体抗压强度的破坏形态进行了分析研究。 再生混凝土自身具有可循环再生利用、无污染、环保等众多优点,全面的了解不同替代率再生混凝土的工作性能,为以后在实际工程中的应用提供更准确的依据。
[Abstract]:In recent years, recycled concrete, as a new type of concrete, has been applied to practical projects in order to solve the problem of construction waste produced by cities every year. Recycled concrete is used as coarse and fine aggregate, which can not only save non-renewable natural resources, alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand of aggregate, but also benefit environmental protection. Due to the influence of many factors, the physical and mechanical properties of recycled concrete are complex, so it is necessary to study the recycled concrete systematically. The research focuses on the physical and mechanical properties of recycled concrete with different substitution rates. Firstly, the preparation technology and physical properties of recycled coarse aggregate are discussed, and a series of requirements are made according to the usage standard of ordinary concrete, and the process flow chart of recycled coarse aggregate is obtained. The large-scale production of recycled aggregate in the future has been guaranteed. Secondly, through five groups of C30 recycled concrete tests, the influence of the strength of abandoned concrete on the strength of recycled concrete is studied under the same mix ratio, the same substitution rate and the same design strength. It is concluded that the strength of recycled concrete is proportional to that of abandoned concrete. Finally, by studying 18 groups of recycled concrete test blocks with a substitution rate of 0 / 20 and a weight of 400.60 / 100 and a strength grade of C20 / C30/ C40, respectively, 18 groups of recycled concrete test blocks are studied in non-damage and breakage tests, and the mix ratio design method of recycled concrete is obtained. When the replacement rate of recycled aggregate is 40, the mechanical properties of C20C30 recycled concrete are the best, and the mechanical properties of C40 recycled concrete are the best when the replacement ratio of recycled aggregate is 20. And the failure mode of recycled concrete cube compressive strength is analyzed and studied. Recycled concrete has many advantages, such as recycling, no pollution, environmental protection and so on. It can provide a more accurate basis for the application of recycled concrete in practical engineering.
