泸州港项目施工进度控制动态管理研究

【摘要】：我国正处于基础建设最集中、城市化速度最快的时期,工程建设规模高居世界第一。提升项目施工进度控制动态管理水平将会在带来巨大的经济效益的同时做到对码头质量的严格把控,并能在一定程度上做到提高整个建设过程的效率。泸州港项目施工进度控制动态管理模式的成功与否与在工程建设中的质量、成本、进度三个要素上直接体现。本文从质量、成本、进度三个维度对泸州港项目施工进度控制动态管理模式进行比较研究,从而分析出项目施工进度控制动态管理模式不同对建设过程的影响。在研究过程中,笔者通过文献综述和专家访谈,对国内外常用的项目施工进度控制动态管理模式进行了定性分析。本文还以4M1E法从理论出发分析影响泸州港项目施工进度控制动态管理模式选择的因素,以达到能够分析出国外先进项目施工进度控制动态管理模式在泸州港项目践行需要的必要客观条件。最后得出了在现行条件下,践行性较高的泸州港项目施工进度控制动态管理模式。而对国内外项目施工进度控制动态管理模式的分析和对比,则有助于改进国内项目施工进度控制动态管理模式的进行。泸州港项目施工进度控制动态管理模式的发展还存在很多阻碍和问题,在未来需要在信息化管理、劳动力整合、合同的完善等方面进一步的提升和应用,这样才能使整个国内建筑企业逐渐走向标准化和国际化。本文的创新点在于集中关注少有涉及的项目施工进度控制动态管理模式。对泸州港项目在质量、成本、进度上的管理的比较分析上,依托4M1E法对影响项目施工进度控制动态管理模式选择的因素进行了理论分析。通过本文的论述,可以使泸州港项目施工进度控制动态管理从业人员认识到对项目施工进度控制动态管理模式研究的重要性和必要性。文中也介绍了施工技术和劳动力素质等相关要素对项目施工进度控制动态管理模式的影响,并进行了实例研究。研究表明,通过一定程度的改进,可以有效的缩短工期。
[Abstract]:Our country is in the most concentrated infrastructure, the fastest speed of urbanization period, the scale of engineering construction ranks first in the world. Improving the dynamic management level of project construction schedule control will bring great economic benefits and at the same time strictly control the quality of the wharf and improve the efficiency of the whole construction process to a certain extent. Whether the dynamic management mode of construction schedule control of Luzhou Port project is successful or not is directly reflected in the three elements of quality, cost and schedule in engineering construction. This paper makes a comparative study on the dynamic management mode of construction schedule control in Luzhou Port from the three dimensions of quality, cost and schedule, and analyzes the influence of different dynamic management modes on the construction process. In the course of the research, through literature review and expert interview, the author qualitatively analyzed the dynamic management mode of project construction schedule control used both at home and abroad. This paper also analyzes the factors that influence the dynamic management mode selection of the construction schedule control of Luzhou Port Project based on the 4M1E method. In order to achieve the objective conditions necessary for the implementation of the foreign advanced project construction schedule control dynamic management mode in Luzhou Port project. Finally, the dynamic management mode of Luzhou Port project construction schedule control is obtained under the current conditions. The analysis and comparison of the dynamic management mode of construction schedule control at home and abroad will help to improve the dynamic management mode of domestic project construction schedule control. There are still many obstacles and problems in the development of the dynamic management mode of construction schedule control in Luzhou Port Project. In the future, it needs to be further promoted and applied in the fields of information management, labor integration, the perfection of contracts, and so on. Only in this way can the whole domestic construction enterprises gradually move towards standardization and internationalization. The innovation of this paper is to focus on the dynamic management mode of project construction schedule control. Based on the comparative analysis of the quality, cost and schedule management of the Luzhou Port project, the factors influencing the dynamic management mode selection of the project construction schedule control are theoretically analyzed based on the 4M1E method. Through the discussion of this paper, it is possible to make the practitioners of dynamic management of construction schedule control of Luzhou Port realize the importance and necessity of studying the dynamic management mode of project construction schedule control. This paper also introduces the influence of construction technology and labor quality on the dynamic management mode of project construction schedule control, and makes a case study. The research shows that the time limit can be shortened effectively by improving it to a certain extent.
