基于养生文化的现代养生园规划设计研究

【摘要】：“亚健康”问题已经成为了社会普遍存在的现象,中科院心理研究所的调查数据显示,中国劳动力人口约有60%身陷亚健康危机。基于养生文化理念的现代养生园,不仅能增强公众的健康意识,改善环境质量,还能使公众在活动、休憩的同时达到心理与生理上的健康与舒适。并且,基于养生文化理念的园林景观设计,也是发扬中华传统文化,营建民族特色景观的重要手段。 本文通过查阅文献典籍,对以道家、儒家、佛家及传统中医学为代表的中国传统养生文化进行了综合梳理、概括,并重点分析了传统养生文化在中国古典园林中的应用;论文针对现代景观设计中的相关养生理论进行了系统的研究,结合对国内外不同类型案例的分析总结,探讨了基于养生文化的现代养生园规划设计的原则、方法与途径,并以济南龙凤山养生园规划设计为例,有效地将理论总结与案例解析的研究成果合理运用到实际项目中,详细阐释了基于养生文化的现代养生园的设计理念、设计原则、设计方法与内容,进一步探索了关于养生园理论研究的可实施性。 论文以养生文化为切入点,以现代养生园规划设计为载体,探讨了以休闲养生为目标的园林环境新形式,为现代景观设计开拓了新的发展方向。论文的相关理论成果不仅为现代养生园规划设计提供了一定的理论依托,也为今后更多以养生文化为主题的相关园林环境规划建设提供了参考依据。
[Abstract]:The problem of "sub-health" has become a common phenomenon in society. According to the survey data from the Institute of Psychology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, about 60% of China's labor force is in a sub-health crisis. The modern health care garden based on the concept of health culture can not only enhance the public's health consciousness and improve the environmental quality, but also make the public achieve psychological and physical health and comfort while they are active and resting. Moreover, the landscape design based on the concept of health culture is also an important means to carry forward the traditional Chinese culture and build the landscape with national characteristics. In this paper, the traditional Chinese health culture, which is represented by Taoism, Confucianism, Buddhism and traditional Chinese medicine, is comprehensively combed and summarized, and the application of traditional health culture in Chinese classical gardens is analyzed. This paper has carried on the systematic research to the related health theory in the modern landscape design, combined with the analysis and summary of different kinds of cases at home and abroad, discussed the principles, methods and ways of the planning and design of the modern health garden based on the health preservation culture. Taking the planning and design of Jinan Longfengshan Health Garden as an example, the research results of theoretical summary and case analysis are effectively applied to the actual project, and the design concept and design principle of modern health garden based on health preservation culture are explained in detail. Design method and content, and further explore the feasibility of theoretical research on health garden. This paper takes the health culture as the breakthrough point and the planning and design of the modern health garden as the carrier, probes into the new form of the garden environment with the goal of leisure health preservation, and opens up a new development direction for the modern landscape design. The related theoretical results not only provide a theoretical basis for the planning and design of modern health garden, but also provide a reference for more related garden environment planning and construction with the theme of health preservation culture in the future.
