南京市林荫道景观实证调查及综合评价

【摘要】：城市林荫道景观是城市景观重要组成部分,它的景观效果直接反映城市的整体风貌。本文在城市化、生态园林城市建设兴起以及林荫道作为生态园林城市评判的重要指标的背景下,对南京市林荫道景观进行评价研究。通过对大量相关研究资料的总结和分析,提出林荫道的概念为：位于城市城区内,两侧种植一排以上大、中乔木作为行道树,形成较高绿化覆盖率和连续的林荫空间,具备交通、景观游憩、生态效益和文脉继承等综合功能的城市道路。分别按道路性质、道路结构、景观类型、使用主体为不同分类依据进行分类,按道路性质分：交通类、生活类；按道路结构分为：一板式、二板式、三板式、四板式；按景观类型分为：自然风景类、商业类、生活类、历史文化类、复合林荫大道；按使用主体分为：人车混杂型林荫道、步行式林荫道。运用层次分析法(AHP)构建南京市林荫道景观综合评价体系,从植物景观、环境效益、空间协调、交通功能、硬质景观融合、历史文化六个方面对林荫道景观进行评价。以南京市园林局2013公布的100条拟建名单为基础,从中选择85条代表性道路进行调查,按照综合得分将其分为五级,评分结果表明,南京市林荫道中,景观综合评价等级为Ⅰ级的道路共8条,占9%,Ⅱ级道路共21条,占26%,Ⅲ级道路共45条,占52%,Ⅳ级道路共10条,占12%,Ⅴ级道路仅1条,占1%,评分结果显示南京市林荫道整体景观质量较好,自然风景类、历史文化类林荫道景观质量最好,商业类林荫道次之,复合式林荫道得分两级分化,生活类林荫道比例最大,景观质量整体一般。从道路板式、行道树应用特征、彩叶、开花植物应用情况、垂直结构、优势种群年龄结构分析其基本特征,进而根据评分结果分析总体得分情况特征,新老城区景观特征、各准则层在不同林荫道景观中的表现以及五种景观类型林荫道得分情况,得出不同道路存在的具体问题和需要提升的方面。最后根据调研和评分结果对目前南京市林荫道所存在的具体问题进行归类总结,并提出合理的优化方案,为南京市林荫道建设发展提供参考和建议。

The landscape of the mall was evaluated from six aspects: plant landscape, environmental benefit, space coordination, traffic function, hard landscape fusion, history and culture. Based on a list of 100 proposed projects published by Nanjing City Park and Forestry Bureau in 2013, 85 representative roads were selected for investigation.
