水泥搅拌桩在天津港南疆港区复合地基加固工程中的应用研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着滨海新区开发开放,天津港迎来难得的历史机遇,港口进入大规模建设期。由于本区域新增土地多利用港口建设及疏浚航道所废弃的大量海底淤泥进行吹填造陆,这种人工吹填软土地基的加固处理已成为不可避免的技术问题。本文在分析评述国内外有关水泥搅拌桩复合地基处理技术理论和实践的基础上,结合天津港南疆港区26号码头工程实例,主要对区域土质特性、吹填土地基整体加固过程、水泥土搅拌法加固机理、试桩过程(对不同的布桩方案、不同桩径、搅拌工艺、水泥掺量的搅拌桩进行了多组组合对比试验)、对不同工况进行了数值模拟做了简要介绍,并得到了一些有益的结论。 通过水泥搅拌桩在天津港南疆港区复合地基应用研究,验证了采用梅花桩布桩方案及双轴单向水泥搅拌桩工艺在本区域的适用性,对该水泥搅拌施工工艺进行了总结和改进;由于该工艺技术成熟功效较高,,在满足工期的要求前提下减少了费用;通过实验分析得出本场地水泥搅拌桩施工总体上呈上部桩身质量优于下部桩身的特点,为便于现场易操作性,对检测标准进行了优化;结合实验数据,通过分析数值模型,将设计桩长优化至16m,大大节省了工程造价;为同类型地基水泥搅拌桩施工提供了参考。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development and opening of Binhai New area, Tianjin Port ushered in a rare historical opportunity, and the port entered the period of large-scale construction. As the newly added land in this area is mostly filled with a large amount of sea silt abandoned by port construction and dredged waterway, the reinforcement and treatment of this artificial draught soft soil foundation has become an inevitable technical problem. On the basis of analyzing and commenting on the theory and practice of cement mixing pile composite foundation treatment at home and abroad, combined with the engineering example of No. 26 wharf in Nanjiang Port of Tianjin Port, this paper mainly deals with the regional soil quality characteristics and the whole reinforcement process of filled soil foundation. The reinforcement mechanism of cement-soil mixing method and the process of pile test are introduced briefly in this paper, which includes different pile arrangement schemes, different pile diameters, mixing process, cement mixing piles and cement mixing piles. Some useful conclusions are obtained. Through the application research of cement mixing pile in the composite foundation of Nanjiang Port of Tianjin Port, the applicability of adopting the scheme of plum-blossom pile and two-axis unidirectional cement mixing pile in this area is verified, and the cement mixing construction technology is summarized and improved. Due to the high mature effect of this technology, the cost is reduced on the premise of meeting the requirement of construction period. Through the experimental analysis, it is concluded that the quality of the upper pile body is better than that of the lower pile body in the whole construction of the cement mixing pile in this site. In order to make the site easy to operate, the test standard is optimized, the design length of pile is optimized to 16m by analyzing the numerical model, and the construction cost is greatly saved, which provides a reference for the construction of cement mixing pile of the same type foundation.
