浅析中新天津生态城的生态城市体系

【摘要】:节约能源、减少温室气体排放、保护和改善环境是当今世界可持续发展的紧迫任务,绿色建筑以及更大范围的生态城市建设成为城市发展的必然趋势。 本文通过分析国内外优秀的生态城市,总结了这些城市在发展中的成功经验。介绍了中新天津生态城的发展背景和目标,分析其生态城市指标体系的创新性。从多角度深入分析了中新天津生态城的规划以及建设实践,总结了生态城发展中的经验和不足,包括土地的生态修复、绿色交通、绿化景观、水系规划、垃圾处理、绿色能源和绿色建筑等。结合当今国际生态城市发展的趋势,提出中新天津生态城发展和改进的策略,主要涵盖以下几点: 1、加填新土层,治标不治本。宜栽种本地的乡土植物。2、鉴于地源热泵对地下生物系统的影响,需要慎重选用。3、在距中新生态城较近的轻轨泰达站,设置直达中新生态城的公交线路。待生态城发展到一定规模,再开工建设直达生态城的轻轨线路。4、完善中新生态城城区内的公交线路。在人流集中的公交站点,设置自行车存车处。5、因地制宜,发展航运交通及水上观光项目,开发生态旅游项目。6、将垂直绿化和屋顶绿化改为垂直农业和屋顶农业,提高绿化的实用性和经济效益。屋顶、阳台和屋面,可采取培养箱种植或盆栽等措施,节省建造和维护费用。7、生态城内的绿色廊道,其长度、宽度、高度和走向,对于本地动植物迁徙繁衍、风向引导、防止污染和噪声等方面的影响,有待于进行更加科学深入的研究和开发。8、缩减人工草坪和高尔夫球场的面积,尽量种植本土植物。9、严格控制地下水的开采量,大型公建和各个住宅小区的中水能够自我循环使用。10、燃气属于清洁能源和不可再生能源,要节约利用。11、建筑玻璃幕墙,不可大面积使用。反射玻璃与Low-E节能玻璃,采用电镀金属薄膜,属于高污染产物。其遮阳性也会因为老化而日渐减弱。12、建议建筑物的进深不超过14米,否则不利于自然通风。13、扶持建筑垃圾回收产业的发展。14、避免光污染。15、装修尽量简洁,装修材料一定要环保。16、绿色建筑的认证体系要符合中国的国情。17、生态城的规划与建设,应因地制宜,,不可以完全复制。18、规划人口与现状人口差异较大,应对规划和指标体系做出相应调整。
[Abstract]:Saving energy, reducing greenhouse gas emissions, protecting and improving the environment are the urgent tasks of sustainable development in the world today. Green buildings and the construction of ecological cities on a larger scale have become the inevitable trend of urban development. By analyzing the outstanding ecological cities at home and abroad, this paper summarizes the successful experiences of these cities in the development. This paper introduces the development background and goal of Tianjin ecological city, and analyzes the innovation of its ecological city index system. This paper analyzes the planning and construction practice of Tianjin Ecological City from many angles, summarizes the experiences and shortcomings in the development of the Ecological City, including the ecological restoration of land, green traffic, greening landscape, water system planning, garbage disposal, etc. Green energy and green buildings, etc. Combined with the development trend of the international ecological city, this paper puts forward the development and improvement strategy of Tianjin ecological city, which mainly covers the following points: 1. Fill in new soil layer, cure the symptoms and not the root cause. In view of the influence of ground source heat pump on the underground biological system, it is necessary to carefully select .3and set up the public transportation line directly to Zhongxin ecological city in the light rail Teda station, which is close to Zhongxin ecological city. When the ecological city develops to a certain scale, the construction of light rail line. 4, which is directly to the ecological city, will be started, and the public transportation line in Zhongxin ecological city will be improved. At the bus stations where the flow of people is concentrated, we should set up a bicycle parking place .5. take measures according to local conditions, develop shipping transportation and water sightseeing projects, develop eco-tourism projects .6. change vertical greening and roof greening into vertical agriculture and roof agriculture. Improve the practicability and economic benefit of greening.
