长螺旋钻机恒泵压提钻控制仿真研究

【摘要】:为改善长螺旋钻机提钻与混凝土泵送的优化控制问题,提出了一种关于混凝土压力反馈的恒泵压提钻控制方法,可以取动力头混凝土入口弯管处的混凝土泵送压力为反馈,采用模糊控制理论,在卷扬机驱动电机的速度环外设计了一个压力闭环,以达到提钻速度与混凝土泵送速度自动协调的控制目的。最后,应用MATLAB平台建立了恒泵压提钻控制模型,并进行了仿真分析,结果表明,方法能使提钻速度自动跟随混凝土的灌注速度,并保障成桩质量。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the optimal control of drilling and pumping in long spiral drilling rig, a constant pump pressure control method for concrete pressure feedback is put forward, which can take the concrete pumping pressure at the entrance of the concrete elbow of the power head as the feedback. Based on fuzzy control theory, a pressure closed loop is designed outside the speed loop of the hoist motor to achieve the purpose of automatic coordination between the lifting speed and the speed of the concrete pump. Finally, the control model of constant pump pressure drilling is established by using MATLAB platform, and the simulation analysis is carried out. The results show that the method can make the drilling speed automatically follow the pouring speed of concrete and guarantee the quality of the pile.
