柴油和焦油吸收煤气中萘的研究

【摘要】:在焦炉煤气和城市煤气中均含有一定量的萘,萘的存在易造成煤气管道和设备的阻塞,同时造成大气污染,所以煤气的脱萘是非常必要的。目前,煤气中萘的吸收工艺仍不够完善,缺乏理论研究数据,导致煤气中萘的吸收率较低。因此本论文对萘体系的相平衡数据的测定、萘吸收模型的建立等方面进行了研究。本文首先利用气相顶空色谱法,对不同的溶剂(0#轻质柴油、焦油L1和焦油L2)和萘的体系进行相平衡研究,分别测定了不同温度下萘的亨利常数,回归了亨利常数与温度的关系式。其次利用Aspen Plus软件建立了萘的吸收工艺模型,并分别以轻质柴油和焦油L1为吸收剂对萘的吸收工艺进行模拟计算。工艺过程中,根据工业煤气中萘含量数据,设定气相中萘的摩尔分数为0.002,在保证吸收率不低于95%条件下分别对两种吸收剂的进料量进行了模拟计算。采用理论板数为10的填料吸收塔对萘的吸收进行小试实验。实验过程中设定塔温为40℃,压力为101.325kpa,气体进料量0.53m3/h,气相中萘浓度约为10g/m3(摩尔分数0.002),分别考察了不同吸收剂(轻质柴油或焦油L1)及其进料量对吸收率的影响,并与模拟结果进行验证。实验值与模拟值偏差较小,进一步验证了工艺模型的可行性。
[Abstract]:There is a certain amount of naphthalene in coke oven gas and city gas. The existence of naphthalene can easily cause obstruction of gas pipeline and equipment and cause air pollution, so it is very necessary to remove naphthalene from gas. At present, the absorption technology of naphthalene in gas is still not perfect, and the theoretical research data are lacking, which leads to the low absorption rate of naphthalene in gas. Therefore, the determination of phase equilibrium data of naphthalene system and the establishment of naphthalene absorption model were studied in this paper. In this paper, the phase equilibrium of different solvents (0# light diesel oil, tar L 1 and tar L 2) and naphthalene were studied by gas headspace chromatography, and the Henry constants of naphthalene were determined at different temperatures. The relation between Henry's constant and temperature is regressed. Secondly, the absorption process model of naphthalene was established by using Aspen Plus software, and the absorption process of naphthalene was simulated by using light diesel oil and tar L1 as absorbent respectively. In the process, according to the data of naphthalene content in industrial gas, the molar fraction of naphthalene in gas phase was set to be 0.002. Under the condition that the absorptivity was not less than 95%, the feed amount of two absorbents was simulated and calculated separately.
