变室内温度变频多联机系统性能仿真研究

【摘要】:近年来变频多联机空调系统在小型公建及住宅建筑中得到了广泛应用。但是变频多联机系统非常复杂,受到室内外环境、配管长度等很多因素的影响。其中有关室内温度对变频多联机系统性能影响的研究并不充分,本文通过建立变频多联机系统的数学仿真模型,对系统运行性能参数进行模拟研究,,以期对变频多联机系统的应用做出指导。 本文以西安建筑科技大学环境与市政工程学院办公楼的MDV变频多联式空调系统为研究对象,应用MATLAB语言对制冷系统四大部件(变频压缩机、冷凝器、电子膨胀阀、蒸发器)建立数学仿真模型,基于各部件之间的耦合关系,模拟分析在制冷工况下,室内温度发生变化对系统能效比、耗功等性能参数的影响。在此基础上,分析合理设置空调房间温度对节约能源的重要作用。本文所做工作如下: 1.变频多联机系统低负荷运行时,能效比随着部分负荷率的增加而增大。本文在标准制冷工况下,对部分负荷率分别为16%及24%的系统进行了模拟研究。结果表明当部分负荷率由16%升高至24%时,系统能效比由2.06增大至2.11,增加了2.4%。 2.在部分负荷率一定的前提下,随着室内设定温度的升高,系统耗功减小,实际制冷量减小,但系统能效比升高。本文在制冷工况下,当系统在部分负荷率为16%下运行,室内设定温度由19℃升高至27℃时,变频压缩机耗功由4.2kW减小至2.8kW,系统实际制冷量由6.5kW减小至5.9kW,能效比由1.5升高至2.1。 3.在制冷工况下,当系统在部分负荷率为24%下运行,其中一个房间设定温度由19℃升高至27℃,另一个房间温度保持27℃不变时,与部分负荷率为16%的运行系统相比,变频压缩机耗功由3.6kW增大至5.1kW,系统实际制冷量由6.2kW增加至10.3kW,系统能效比由1.8升高至2.1。 本文研究结果表明,室内温度对变频多联机系统性能有着重要的影响。室内温度过低,会使系统能效比降低,能耗增大,同时会影响人体热舒适,夏季室内温度过低不益人体健康。因此希望通过本文研究能够给家用空调以及公共建筑空调的使用提供指导和帮助。
[Abstract]:In recent years, frequency conversion multi-line air conditioning system has been widely used in small public buildings and residential buildings. But the frequency-conversion multi-line system is very complex, which is influenced by many factors, such as indoor and outdoor environment, pipe length and so on. The research on the effect of indoor temperature on the performance of frequency conversion multiline system is not sufficient. In this paper, the performance parameters of the system are simulated by establishing the mathematical simulation model of frequency conversion multiline system. The purpose of this paper is to guide the application of frequency conversion multi-line system. In this paper, the MDV variable frequency multiplex air conditioning system in the office building of the School of Environment and Municipal Engineering, Xi'an University of Architecture and Science and Technology is taken as the research object. The four parts of the refrigeration system (frequency conversion compressor, condenser, electronic expansion valve) are analyzed by MATLAB language. Based on the coupling relationship between the components, the influence of indoor temperature on the system energy efficiency ratio and power consumption is simulated and analyzed. On this basis, the paper analyzes the important role of reasonable setting of air-conditioning room temperature on energy conservation. The work of this paper is as follows: 1. The energy efficiency ratio increases with the increase of partial load rate in low load operation of frequency conversion multi-line system. In this paper, the system with partial load rate of 16% and 24% is simulated under the standard refrigeration condition. The results show that when the partial load rate increases from 16% to 24%, the system energy efficiency ratio increases from 2.06 to 2.11, an increase of 2.4 percent. On the premise of certain partial load rate, with the increase of indoor temperature, the power consumption of the system decreases, the actual cooling capacity decreases, but the energy efficiency ratio of the system increases.
