某厂区18m跨钢梁下挠原因检测鉴定

【摘要】:沈阳某厂房18m跨钢梁,安装部分荷载后建设方发现钢梁有下挠现象,为了解钢梁在屋面板安装后下挠的原因,工作人员对钢梁施工质量进行现场检测,并采用abaqus有限元软件分析与现场载荷试验,结合现场检测结论、模拟分析结果及现场载荷试验结论,分析钢梁下挠原因,给出处理建议。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the cause of steel beam deflection after installation of steel beam with 18m span in a certain factory building in Shenyang, the construction side found that the steel beam had a deflection phenomenon after partial load was installed. In order to understand the reason of steel beam deflection after installation of roof slab, the construction quality of steel beam was inspected on the spot by the staff. The abaqus finite element software and field load test were used to analyze the cause of steel beam deflection, and the treatment suggestions were put forward by combining the results of field test, simulation analysis and field load test.
