建筑行业绿色施工项目整体策划与实践

【摘要】：随着我国经济建设的快速发展以及城镇化建设的快速实施,建设规模不断扩大而对环境造成巨大的污染。因此,绿色环保、节约资源、保护环境的经济发展模式已经成为建筑行业的发展趋势。但是在现实社会环境中,阻碍建筑行业推行绿色施工的因素有许多,对绿色施工的发展有很严重的影响。所以对于如何开展绿色施工并提高其实施效果是当前关注和研究的重要课题。目前国内对于绿色施工的研究多数是探讨如何实现“四节一环保”的绿色施工具体措施和方法。在此我不再重复研究,本文主要研究绿色施工项目的整体策划以及对绿色施工项目的成本进行分析与控制。本文结合自己的工作实践,集中研究了当前建筑业项目经理们感到困惑和容易裹足的问题,即如何做好绿色施工项目的整体策划。通过建立绿色施工项目管理整体策划框架,指出绿色施工项目应该在项目实施前作整体策划和事前控制。最终形成在不同阶段都有具体实施要求的纲领性文件和方案。本文对绿色施工项目实施的成本进行分析,提出了对绿色施工的成本进行控制的方法,使建筑业的项目经理提高了项目绿色施工整体效益的认识。本文选取作者亲自参与管理的项目案例进行了计算比较,验证了上述分析的结论,阐述了当前国内建筑行业需要重视绿色施工项目管理的整体策划,因地制宜建立适用的纲领性文件和实施细则,同时通过具体数据证实了绿色施工整体策划有利于绿色施工项目投资效益的提高。通过绿色施工中整体策划的实施,合理降低绿色施工的成本投入。希望通过本文的研究可以对建筑行业绿色施工项目的整体实施与推广提供借鉴作用。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economic construction and the rapid implementation of urbanization construction, the scale of construction is expanding and causing huge pollution to the environment. Therefore, the economic development mode of green environmental protection, saving resources and protecting environment has become the development trend of construction industry. However, in the real social environment, there are many factors hindering the construction industry to carry out green construction, which has a very serious impact on the development of green construction. Therefore, how to carry out green construction and improve its implementation effect is an important subject of current attention and research. At present, most of the research on green construction in China is to discuss how to realize the concrete measures and methods of green construction of "four sections and one environmental protection". I will not repeat the research here, this paper mainly studies the overall planning of green construction projects and the cost analysis and control of green construction projects. Based on my own work practice, this paper focuses on the problems that the project managers of the construction industry feel confused and easy to wrap up, that is, how to do well the overall planning of the green construction projects. Through the establishment of the overall planning framework of green construction project management, it is pointed out that the green construction project should be integrated planning and prior control before the implementation of the project. The final formation in different stages have specific implementation requirements of programmatic documents and programs. In this paper, the cost of green construction project is analyzed, and the method of controlling the cost of green construction is put forward, so that the project manager of construction industry can improve the whole benefit of green construction of the project. This article selects the project case which the author personally participates in the management has carried on the computation comparison, has verified the above analysis conclusion, elaborated the present domestic construction profession needs to attach importance to the green construction project management overall plan, The applicable programmatic documents and implementation rules are established according to local conditions. At the same time, through concrete data, it is proved that the overall planning of green construction is beneficial to the improvement of investment efficiency of green construction projects. Through the implementation of overall planning in green construction, the cost input of green construction can be reduced reasonably. It is hoped that the research in this paper can be used as a reference for the overall implementation and promotion of green construction projects in the construction industry.
