超高韧度水泥基复合材料经亚高温处理后的性能

【摘要】:通过狗骨试件拉伸试验、数字图像影像相关处理(DIC)和立方体试块轴压试验,研究了高粉煤灰掺量的超高韧度水泥基复合材料(ECC)在亚高温处理后的力学性能。结果表明:在不高于200℃的温度处理后,ECC仍能实现多裂缝开裂,并能有效地控制裂缝的宽度。50、100℃温度处理明显提高了ECC的抗拉强度和应变能力,200℃时有所回落,但仍高于常温水平。DIC法的测试结果显示,各温度工况下基体在极限拉伸时的裂缝宽度相近,不同温度的影响主要体现在裂缝的数量上。在20、50和100℃时,ECC抗压强度大小相当,200℃时下降19.3%。适当的温度处理可以提高ECC基体的强度并改善纤维与基体的界面性能,从而提高ECC的抗拉性能和应变硬化能力。
