西安长安路小寨商圈街道边缘空间模式研究
[Abstract]:In the city commercial streets, with the diverse behavior needs of urban residents, people need not only a leisurely shopping environment, but also comfortable space to meet the needs of such aspects as leisure, communication, etc. This put forward new request to the development of city commercial street. The paper takes the edge space of Xi'an commercial street as the main research object. With the improvement of economic level, its development has developed from the quantity aspect to the quality aspect. However, because its planning and design level is still limited and no systematic theoretical system has been formed, now the commercial street fringe space generally loses its due charm, which is not enough to attract the attention of urban residents. As a result, the commercial atmosphere of the streets is not strong enough, space vitality is insufficient. In view of a series of problems in the development of commercial street edge space, this paper, from the perspective of architecture, combines the fields of environment, psychology, behavior and so on. The overall planning and space design are discussed and studied. This paper summarizes the temporal situation of the edge space of commercial streets in Xi'an, then combines theory with practice, and establishes a spatial design pattern from the functional space environment, which is the constituent element of the environment, and the level is clear. Step by step commercial street edge space research model. First of all, from the commercial street edge space related theoretical research and characteristics of the model to elaborate, and detailed introduction of the article's research background, research significance and research framework; Secondly, starting with the function, the paper analyzes the commercial street edge space as shopping space, leisure and entertainment space, intermediary space and social communication space, and concludes the main existing problems, which provides the basis for future research. Thirdly, the paper studies the space environment construction and the spatial function construction, and puts forward the concrete design methods and measures of three material elements in the space layout: traffic factor, place element, interface factor; Finally, through induction and summary, the paper puts forward the basic design mode of space to meet the functional needs, meet the communication needs, meet the traffic needs and meet the ecological needs, and through the selection of relevant typical cases to discuss. Connect theory with practice. The construction of the concrete space environment on the edge of commercial streets is affected by many factors, such as social life style, economic and technical conditions, comprehensive management strategy, etc., but the overall planning and space design should be the most important. For the commercial street edge space plays a deterministic role. From the point of view of the relationship between human needs and function, for the development of commercial street edge space, we should first have the appropriate planning strategy, design method and reasonable space mode choice; Secondly, it is necessary to choose multi-level traffic system and design the commercial public space environment of above ground and underground three-dimensional according to the part of urban topography. Finally, it highlights the quality of the street edge space, embodies the humanized design principle, integrates the commercial elements in the design of the environment, such as greening facilities, landscape facilities, rest facilities, and so on, so as to meet the needs of people's shopping, leisure and communication. Create a comfortable and harmonious shopping environment. As far as the commercial street edge space is concerned, it has become an important public space in the city, and every functional space is the concentrated embodiment of the overall development of the city.
