温度对网格型次氯酸钠发生器运行效果的影响

【摘要】:结合自组装的网格型电极,试验研究次氯酸钠发生器在不同盐水温度、不同运行模式、有无冷却措施等情况下的运行效果。试验结果表明:降低电解槽内盐水温度可有效提高次氯酸钠发生器的电解效率。增设循环冷却水或间歇式运行可提高有效氯产量38%~42%、电流效率37%~65%,降低运行成本5.217~10.185元/kg。增设循环冷却水情况下有效氯产量最高可达263g,相应的理论运行成本为8.876元/kg;电解270~310min时,有效氯产量为235~250g,运行成本最低,为7.989~8.066元/kg。在实际应用中,应根据产氯量、运行成本等因素综合考虑电解时间。
[Abstract]:Combined with self-assembled grid electrode, the operation effect of sodium hypochlorite generator under different brine temperature, operation mode and cooling measures was studied. The results show that the electrolytic efficiency of sodium hypochlorite generator can be improved effectively by reducing the temperature of brine in the electrolytic cell. The addition of circulating cooling water or intermittent operation can increase the effective chlorine production by 38 and 42, and the current efficiency by 37 and 65, and reduce the operating cost by 5.217 yuan and 10.185 yuan / kg.. Under the condition of adding circulating cooling water, the maximum effective chlorine production can be up to 263 g. When the corresponding theoretical operating cost is 8.876 yuan / kg; electrolytic 270~310min, the effective chlorine output is 235 ~ 250g, and the operating cost is the lowest, 7.989 ~ 8. 066 yuan / kg.. In practical application, electrolysis time should be considered synthetically according to chlorine production, operation cost and so on.
