滨海学生公寓工程建设项目施工质量控制研究

【摘要】：我国建设工程一贯坚持的方针是“百年大计,质量第一”。工程质量直接关系着人民生命财产的安全,关系着建设单位、施工企业及监理单位的生存与发展。近年来,我国高等教育事业迅速发展,高校建设规模不断扩大,高校基建工程质量不仅关系着学校的经济利益,更是关系广大师生的生命安全,关系着学校教学质量和未来的发展。本文从目前国内外建筑工程质量控制的现状及存在的问题入手,通过对工质量管理和质量控制基本理论的综述,结合青岛滨海学院学生公寓建设的实际情况,突出强调了工程施工阶段质量管理与控制的重要性。依照工程实体时间形成阶段的控制系统和影响工程质量的控制因素,阐述了民办高校在基建项目施工管理中质量控制的原则、内容、程序和方法以及质量保证体系的建立,运用排列图、控制图等方法进行工程施工质量过程控制与效果评价,并在实际调研分析后提出民办高校工程建设施工阶段存在的问题和实施对策。实践证明,通过运用质量控制的理论、方法和采取切实有效的措施达到了对建设项目施工质量的有效控制,取得较好的工程管理效果。
[Abstract]:China's construction projects have always adhered to the policy of "one hundred years plan, quality first." The quality of the project is directly related to the safety of people's life and property, to the survival and development of construction units, construction enterprises and supervision units. In recent years, the cause of higher education in our country has developed rapidly, and the scale of university construction has been continuously expanded. The quality of capital construction projects in colleges and universities is not only related to the economic interests of schools, but also to the safety of teachers and students. Related to the school teaching quality and future development. This paper starts with the current situation and existing problems of quality control of construction engineering at home and abroad, through the summary of the basic theory of quality management and quality control, combined with the actual situation of student apartment construction in Qingdao Binhai University. The importance of quality management and control in construction stage is emphasized. According to the control system of the time forming stage of the engineering entity and the control factors affecting the project quality, the paper expounds the principles, contents, procedures and methods of the quality control in the construction management of the capital construction project in the private colleges and universities, as well as the establishment of the quality assurance system. The process control and effect evaluation of engineering construction quality are carried out by means of arrangement diagram and control chart, and the problems existing in the construction stage of private colleges and universities and the implementation countermeasures are put forward after the investigation and analysis of the actual situation. It has been proved by practice that the effective control of construction quality has been achieved by using the theory of quality control, methods and practical and effective measures, and better engineering management effect has been obtained.
