袁家村空间发展机制研究

【摘要】：新中国成立以来，随着政治、经济、社会的变迁，乡村空间的发展展现出与传统乡村空间全然不同的形态特征与演进规律，同时，在乡村规划建设过程中，，时常出现运用城市发展规律来生搬硬套，而造成不进反退的结果，因此，乡村空间发展机制已经逐渐成为城乡规划学科的重要研究对象。而本文所研究的袁家村，正是一个在此阶段中发生重大变革的村庄，以期通过对其空间发展演变分析，来深入剖析空间发展的内在规律，为乡村空间发展理论研究提供实例基础。首先，通过空间系统及空间发展机制的概念与理论解析，来划定本文的研究对象——物质实体空间与物化型社会空间，并明确了从空间过程转变为社会过程的综合分析视角；其次，按照外部环境因素变革、内部作用因素调整以及乡村空间发展的重大变化划分成六个阶段，并通过对每一阶段的社会经济发展过程以及空间变化过程来综合地分析袁家村空间发展的演变过程；最后，通过空间演进过程的梳理，归纳分析得出袁家村空间发展的自然环境因素、政策环境因素、要素环境因素等外部影响机制，以及经济要素、社会要素、制度要素等内部要素作用及要素间相互作用机制，并提出了一个开放的框架式机制，以将内、外部要素及要素间相互作用关系都纳入其中，针对不同阶段的主导因素变化而调整。基于以上研究，本文对新版袁家村空间发展规划提出预判与建议，进而得出多维度空间的目标、从空间设计到机制建构的手段等一些乡村空间规划启示。
[Abstract]:Since the founding of New China, with the changes of politics, economy and society, the development of rural space has shown a completely different form and evolution law from the traditional rural space. At the same time, in the process of rural planning and construction, The application of urban development law to apply the rules of urban development often results in not advancing but retreating. Therefore, the mechanism of rural spatial development has gradually become an important research object of urban and rural planning. And Yuan Jia Village, which is studied in this paper, is a village that has undergone great changes in this period, in order to deeply analyze the inherent law of spatial development by analyzing the evolution of its spatial development. It provides an example basis for the study of rural spatial development theory. Firstly, through the analysis of the concept and theory of space system and spatial development mechanism, this paper delimits the object of this thesis, namely, the material entity space and the materialized social space, and defines the comprehensive analysis angle from the spatial process to the social process. Secondly, according to the transformation of external environmental factors, the adjustment of internal factors and the major changes of rural spatial development, there are six stages. And through the social and economic development process and the spatial change process of each stage to analyze the evolution process of Yuan Jia village space development synthetically; Finally, by combing the spatial evolution process, the author concludes that the natural environment factors, the policy environment factors, the factors environmental factors and other external influencing mechanisms, as well as the economic factors and social factors, of Yuan Jia Village's spatial development. This paper puts forward an open framework mechanism to include the internal and external factors and the interaction between the elements, such as institutional elements, and the interaction mechanism between the elements, including the internal and external factors, and the mechanism of interaction between the elements, including the internal and external factors, and the interaction between the internal and external elements. Adjust to the change of dominant factors in different stages. Based on the above research, this paper puts forward prejudgment and suggestions to the new version of Yuan Jia Village Spatial Development Planning, and then draws the objectives of multi-dimensional space, from the space design to the means of mechanism construction and other rural spatial planning enlightenment.
