养老住宅室内空间的通用设计研究

【摘要】：伴随着我国人口结构的变化，“老龄化”现象已引起了全社会的广泛关注，对于老龄化社会的到来，我国基本上还处在起步和探索的阶段，住宅在设计时往往并不考虑老年人的特殊要求，使老年人的居家生活不方便和不安全。然而，在对养老住宅的暨有研究中，偏重普通住宅适老化改造的较多，将养老住宅的设计贯穿老年人生理发展各阶段，进行潜伏性设计的较少。本论文采用交叉学科研究、文献著述阅读、田野调查、分析归纳等方法，从通用设计的角度出发，试图将养老住宅和通用设计两者结合起来，研究养老住宅可持续利用的发展模式，丰富了现有养老住宅的研究视角，也拓展了现有通用设计研究的成果，，直观指导养老住宅的实践。全文主体内容分为四个章节。在第一章提出问题的基础上分析问题，阐述了通用设计的演进历程、概念、引申涵义、与无障碍设计的关系、原则、可行性，为养老住宅室内空间的设计提供了新的思路和理论依据；接着对老年人进行了概念界定和分类，对老年人的生理、心理特征和需求，老年人日常活动尺度等老龄人口相关问题进行了分析，并发放问卷、实地调研，为下一步的研究提供了理论和实践依据。在此基础上解决问题，总结归纳了老年人对养老住宅室内空间设计的要求，养老住宅室内空间通用设计的原则、方法和意义；通过对老年人各个生理阶段的活动尺度的需求分析，总结出养老住宅室内主要空间各阶段的需求尺度，并从室内空间整体上，归纳出养老住宅室内空间自理、介助、介护阶段的设计模式。本论文旨在通过对养老住宅的合理化设计，延长老年人独立生活的时间，实现住宅的可持续利用和社会的可持续发展，使住宅设计尽最大可能满足老年人在宅终老的需求，为老年人的幸福、愉快的生活提供必要条件，为国家、社会减少由人口老龄化带来的压力。
[Abstract]:With the change of population structure in our country, the phenomenon of "aging" has aroused the widespread concern of the whole society. For the arrival of the aging society, our country is basically in the stage of starting and exploring. Residential design often does not take into account the special requirements of the elderly, making the home life of the elderly inconvenient and unsafe. However, in the research of old-age housing, more emphasis is placed on the suitable aging of ordinary housing, and the design of old-age housing runs through the various stages of the physical development of the elderly, and the latent design is less. This paper adopts the methods of cross-disciplinary research, literature reading, field investigation, analysis and induction, and tries to combine the old-age housing and general design from the point of view of general design. The research on the sustainable development mode of the endowment housing enriches the research perspective of the existing pension housing, and extends the research results of the existing universal design, and intuitively guides the practice of the old-age housing. The main content of this paper is divided into four chapters. Based on the analysis of the problems raised in the first chapter, the paper expounds the evolution course, concept, extended meaning, relationship, principle, feasibility of the universal design, and the relationship between the general design and the barrier-free design. It provides a new way of thinking and theoretical basis for the design of the interior space of the old-age housing. Then, it defines and classifies the concept of the elderly, analyzes the physical, psychological characteristics and needs of the elderly, the scale of daily activities of the elderly, and issues a questionnaire, field investigation, etc. It provides theoretical and practical basis for further research. On this basis to solve the problem, summed up the requirements of the elderly to the interior space design of the old-age residence, the general design principles, methods and significance of the interior space of the old-age housing; Through the demand analysis of the activity scale of each physiological stage of the elderly, this paper sums up the demand scale of each stage of the main indoor space of the old-age housing, and from the whole indoor space, sums up the self-care and introduction of the indoor space of the old-age residence. The design pattern of the protection phase. The purpose of this paper is to extend the time of independent living of the elderly, to realize the sustainable use of the residence and the sustainable development of the society, and to make the housing design meet the needs of the elderly as far as possible through the rational design of the old-age residence. To provide the necessary conditions for the happiness and happy life of the elderly, and to reduce the pressure caused by the aging of the population for the country and society.
