水性建筑涂料的消泡性和展色性研究

【摘要】:水性建筑涂料,以水为分散介质,安全环保,施工方便,以装饰为主,兼具保护功能,调节建筑物的使用功能以及各种特种功能,是目前国内外使用最为广泛的建筑装饰装修材料。本文回顾了国内外水性建筑涂料的现状和发展趋势,结合水性建筑涂料的特点,针对水性建筑涂料中两个常见的问题(泡沫和展色性问题)而展开讨论,重点研究了水性建筑涂料的消泡性和展色性。从配方调整角度入手,研究了消泡剂对泡沫的影响,讨论了润湿剂和分散剂对展色性的影响,并分析了其作用机理。关于水性建筑涂料的泡沫问题,本文选用了一个典型的内墙乳胶漆配方,比较了矿物油类和有机硅类消泡剂在不同阶段的消泡性,并通过辊涂法来模拟现场施工来比较消泡剂的最终消泡效果和相容性。结果表明,有机硅类消泡的消泡效果总体要比矿物油类消泡剂的好,但其相容性较差。在此基础,我们选择了合适消泡剂,测试了水性内墙乳胶漆的各种性能指标。关于水性建筑涂料的展色性问题,本文仍然选取典型内墙乳胶漆,比较了不同种类不同添加量的润湿剂对色浆展色性的影响。在此基础上,我们选择环保型的Carbowet 13-40作为润湿剂,研究了分散剂对水性建筑涂料中色浆展色性的影响,最终得到了比较理想的结果。
[Abstract]:Waterborne architectural coatings with water as dispersing medium, safe and environmental protection, convenient construction, mainly decorative, protective function, regulating the use of buildings and various special functions, It is the most widely used building decoration material at home and abroad. This paper reviews the present situation and development trend of waterborne architectural coatings at home and abroad, and discusses two common problems (foam and color spreading) in waterborne architectural coatings, combined with the characteristics of water-based architectural coatings. The defoaming and color spreading properties of waterborne architectural coatings were studied. The influence of defoamer on foam was studied from the angle of formula adjustment. The influence of wetting agent and dispersant on color spread was discussed, and the mechanism of its action was analyzed. Regarding the foam problem of waterborne building coatings, a typical formula of inner wall latex paint is selected in this paper, and the defoaming properties of mineral oils and silicone defoamers at different stages are compared. The final defoaming effect and compatibility of defoamer were compared by roller coating method. The results show that the defoaming effect of silicone is better than that of mineral oil, but its compatibility is poor. On this basis, we selected a suitable defoamer and tested various performance indexes of waterborne inner wall latex paint. On the problem of color development of waterborne building coatings, the influence of different kinds of wetting agents on the color development of color paste was compared by selecting typical inner wall latex paint. On this basis, we choose Carbowet 13-40 as wetting agent, and study the influence of dispersant on the color spread of waterborne building coatings. Finally, we get a better result.
