建筑企业安全氛围对员工安全行为的影响及实证

【摘要】:员工安全行为是企业安全生产的基础,而良好的安全氛围对实现企业安全生产有积极作用。为进一步探讨建筑企业安全氛围对员工安全行为的影响机理,选取安全氛围中的管理层承诺、工作环境和安全意识3个维度,分析其对员工安全行为的作用路径,并应用结构方程模型进行实证检验。结果表明,工作环境和安全意识对员工安全行为有直接的显著正向影响;而管理层承诺对营造安全氛围起主导作用,并通过工作环境和安全意识作用于员工安全行为。研究表明,建筑企业重点关注管理层承诺有助于营造良好的安全氛围,从而有利于员工安全行为的改善,提升安全生产能力。
[Abstract]:Employee safety behavior is the basis of enterprise safety production, and a good safety atmosphere plays a positive role in the realization of enterprise safety production. In order to further explore the influence mechanism of safety atmosphere on employee safety behavior in construction enterprises, this paper selects three dimensions of management commitment, work environment and safety consciousness in safety atmosphere, and analyzes its action path to employee safety behavior. The structural equation model is applied to the empirical test. The results showed that the work environment and safety consciousness had a direct and positive effect on the safety behavior of employees, while the management commitment played a leading role in creating a safe atmosphere, and through the work environment and safety awareness, it had a direct positive impact on the safety behavior of employees. The research shows that the construction enterprises focus on the management commitment to help create a good safety atmosphere, which is conducive to the improvement of staff safety behavior and enhance safety production capacity.
