我国街道步行空间的人性化改造研究

【摘要】:街道作为城市公共空间的重要组成部分,承载了人们的生活,体现了城市精神。健康有序的街道生活离不开优质的街道空间为其提供的场所支撑,而街道步行空间作为街道生活的主要空间载体,是街道空间中最能影响和反映街道生活状态和城市精神的部分。然而,随着汽车的出现及不断增多,街道空间设计与建设开始以车的交通需求为本,以车的尺度为准,而人的需求不被重视,步行空间逐渐成为街道机动交通空间的附属,出现了非人性化的大尺度,并对人的街道生活造成了安全威胁。而我国城市普遍采用的“大街坊、宽马路”发展格局以及封闭化的社区管理模式,更是降低了街道步行空间的舒适性和趣味性。另外,大拆大建、破旧立新、形象工程等建设问题,更是造成了街道空间丧失了宜人的空间尺度和地域特色,呈现了“千街一面”的局面,在这种情况下,人的归属感严重缺失、城市特色受到严重的影响与破坏。随着问题越来越严重,人们开始反思,街道步行空间的人性化开始受到重视,尤其在西方,相关研究和实践都较早、较完善。而我国虽然有借鉴西方的优势,但是缺少对我国具体问题和人们具体需求的研究,人性化设计的着力点比较均质,缺少针对性。尤其是在我国,目前还是存在大量的非人性化的街道,这些街道的步行空间更亟需一些能够在现状基础上所进行的人性化改造,而非进入新一轮的大拆大建、破旧立新。本文通过对街道步行空间中人的活动需求的分析,结合对已有人性化优秀街道的研究,总结人性化街道步行空间的空间特征,作为评价街道步行空间人性化的标准及步行空间人性化改造的理论和方法借鉴。通过对我国街道的整体分析及对代表性街道的典型评价与分析,总结我国街道步行空间在人性化方面的典型问题,并针对我国街道步行空间的典型问题,在非人性化空间的现状基础上,以街道步行空间中人的活动需求为目标,采取有效策略完成街道步行空间的人性化改造。
[Abstract]:As an important part of urban public space, street carries people's life and embodies the city spirit. The healthy and orderly street life can not be separated from the place support provided by the high quality street space, and the street walking space is the main space carrier of the street life. It is the part of street space that can influence and reflect street life state and city spirit. However, with the appearance and increasing of the automobile, the design and construction of the street space begin to be based on the traffic demand of the vehicle, and the scale of the vehicle is taken as the criterion. However, the human demand is not paid attention to, and the walking space becomes the subsidiary of the motorized traffic space of the street gradually. The emergence of a large scale of dehumanization, and people's street life posed a security threat. However, the development pattern of "big neighborhood, wide road" and the closed community management mode widely used in Chinese cities reduce the comfort and interest of street walking space. In addition, the construction problems such as large-scale demolition and construction, breaking up old ones and establishing new ones, and image engineering, have caused the street space to lose its pleasant spatial scale and regional characteristics, presenting a situation of "one side of a thousand streets". Under such circumstances, People's sense of belonging is seriously lacking, and urban characteristics are seriously affected and destroyed. As the problem becomes more and more serious, people begin to reflect on the humanization of street walking space, especially in the west, the related research and practice are earlier and more perfect. Although our country has the advantage of drawing lessons from the west, it lacks the research on the concrete problems and people's specific needs of our country, and the focus of humanized design is relatively homogeneous, lacking pertinence. Especially in our country, there are still a large number of non-humanized streets at present. The walking space of these streets needs some humanized transformation based on the present situation, rather than entering a new round of large-scale demolition and construction, breaking up the old and creating new ones. Based on the analysis of the activity needs of people in street walking space and the research on existing excellent streets, this paper summarizes the space characteristics of humanized street walking space. As a standard to evaluate the humanization of street walking space and the theory and method of humanized reconstruction of walking space. Through the overall analysis of the streets in our country and the typical evaluation and analysis of the representative streets, this paper summarizes the typical problems of the walking space of the streets in our country in the aspect of humanization, and aims at the typical problems of the walking space of the streets in our country. On the basis of the present situation of non-humanized space, taking the activity demand of people in the street walking space as the goal, the effective strategy is adopted to complete the humanized transformation of the street walking space.
