【摘要】：正本刊创办于1975年,1982年起在国内外公开发行。进入21世纪,本刊为与国际科技期刊接轨,致力于期刊的规范化、电子化,先后加入"万方数据——数字化期刊群"、"中国学术期刊(光盘版)"、"中国期刊网"等,严格按照《中国学术期刊(光盘版)检索与评价数据规范》的要求编辑加工论文,荣获首届该规范执行优秀奖。2005年,本刊由季刊改为双月刊;成立了首届编委会,有幸聘请到赵国藩院士、陈肇元院士、沈世钊院士、吕志涛院士、谢和平院
[Abstract]:It was founded in 1975 and has been publicly published at home and abroad since 1982. In the 21st century, in order to connect with the international scientific and technological journals and to standardize and computerize the periodicals, we have joined "Wanfang Data-Digital periodical Group", "China academic Journals (CD-ROM)", "China Journal Network" and so on. In strict accordance with the requirements of "China academic Journals (Optical Disc) Retrieval and Evaluation data Standard", we edited and processed papers and won the first Award for Excellence in the implementation of this Standard. In 2005, our journal changed from quarterly to bimonthly; The first editorial committee was set up, with the privilege of recruiting academicians Zhao Guofan, Chen Zhaoyuan, Shen Shizhao, Lv Zhitao and Xie Heping
