东北寒地农村住区建筑组团及院落风环境优化策略研究

【摘要】:东北严寒地区由于冬季持续时间长,并且气候寒冷,因此住宅被人们所需要去适应复杂环境的作用显现的更加突出。伴随着国家政策对农村居住环境的越来越重视,农村居民的生活质量成为关注的一个要点。同时建筑作为农村居民生活的居所,无论建筑室内环境还是建筑围合所形成的外部空间环境,都对农村居民的生活质量有很明显的影响。就目前的研究情况分析,对农村住区的建筑的围护结构的材料、形式以及室内热环境的分析研究已经比较充分,已经有较多的国内和国外的研究者进行研究。而同时,对于农村地区,自然环境影响大于人工环境,因此建筑室外风热环境也是影响农村住区的舒适度的重要因素,但由于农村建筑组团的规划布局的随意性或无序性,导致建筑组团的风环境恶劣,尤其是对于东北严寒地区冬季寒冷气候下的室外风环境,不仅仅影响到农村居民冬季室外活动的舒适性,还会因为室外恶劣的风环境导致室内取暖能耗过大。并且就目前现状,国内以及国外对于严寒地区农村建筑组团的室外风环境的研究较少,对与国内特有的东北寒地农村的住宅院落的室外风环境研究也相对较少,这对于农村室外微环境的研究可以说是研究的空缺。本文旨在对东北地区农村的环境以及现状进行分析研究,通过对东北严寒地区农村的实际调研测量、实地问卷调查研究以及对调研数据的整理、统计和分析,对农村住区建筑组团布局形式和东北地区农村住宅院落外空间环境进行研究,并通过FLUENT数值软件模拟,研究不同建筑组团布局情况下室外风环境的影响,之后再针对东北严寒地区农村特有的建筑院落风环境进行不同布局形式的模拟,最后对院落的风环境的影响因素,围墙的高度、建筑单体的高度、屋顶形式、风向、阳光房等细节方面进行数值模拟分析,进而提出农村建筑组团设计以及农村院落设计的优化策略,并且在文章最后提出初步的农村院落样板房的设计想法,从而改善农村建筑组团以及院落的室外微环境的风环境,进而起到改善提高农村居民的生活质量的目的。
[Abstract]:Because of the long duration of winter and the cold climate, the housing in northeast cold area is more prominent because of the need to adapt to the complex environment. With the increasing attention of the national policy to the rural living environment, the quality of life of the rural residents has become a key point. At the same time, as the living quarters of rural residents, architecture has a significant impact on the quality of life of rural residents, not only in the indoor environment but also in the outer space environment formed by the building enclosure. Based on the analysis of the current research situation, the materials, forms and indoor thermal environment of the buildings in rural residential areas have been fully studied, and many domestic and foreign researchers have carried out research. At the same time, for rural areas, the impact of natural environment is greater than that of artificial environment, so the outdoor wind and heat environment is also an important factor affecting the comfort of rural residential areas, but due to the random or disordered planning and layout of rural buildings, The wind environment of the building group is bad, especially for the outdoor wind environment in the cold winter climate in the northeast cold area, which not only affects the comfort of the outdoor activities of rural residents in winter, but also affects the comfort of the outdoor activities of the rural residents in winter. It will also cause excessive indoor heating energy consumption due to the harsh outdoor wind environment. And on the current situation, domestic and foreign research on the outdoor wind environment of rural buildings in cold areas is less, and the research on outdoor wind environment of residential compound in northeast cold rural areas is relatively less. This study of rural outdoor microenvironment can be said to be a lack of research. The purpose of this paper is to analyze and study the rural environment and present situation in Northeast China, through the actual investigation and measurement of the rural areas in the northeast cold region, the field questionnaire investigation and the collation, statistics and analysis of the survey data. This paper studies the form of group layout of rural residential buildings and the outer space environment of rural residential buildings in Northeast China, and studies the influence of outdoor wind environment under different building group layout by FLUENT numerical software. After that, different layout forms of wind environment in rural areas are simulated. Finally, the factors affecting wind environment, the height of wall, the height of building unit, the form of roof, the wind direction are simulated. Numerical simulation analysis is carried out in detail such as sunshine house, and then the optimization strategy of group design of rural buildings and rural courtyard design is put forward. At the end of the article, the design idea of the prototype house in rural courtyard is put forward. In order to improve the wind environment of rural buildings and outdoor micro-environment of the courtyard, and then improve the quality of life of rural residents.
