长沙市村镇低层砌体住宅房屋简化设计

【摘要】:随着近年来城乡一体化的推进,中国正处于城镇化加速发展的时期,村镇居民对改善住房条件及舒适性的需求不断增加。现行的设计规范是针对所有建筑制定,而现今的村镇地区多以自行建造的模式来新建住宅房屋,对于村镇低层房屋并没有特定的规范规程给予限制。使得这种粗放的模式在村镇住宅存在诸多方面的问题。本文基于现行规范标准及结合长沙市的实际情况,对村镇低层房屋设计进行简化。在规划上,依据相关规范及结合村镇的实际需求对村镇居住用地、交通和基础设施等提出的规划设计要求。在建筑设计上,结合规范和设计经验针对长沙地区的村镇建筑的平面布置和组合、立面造型处理、剖面垂直空间布置、门窗等构件布局设计和屋面墙角的防水构造,给出了符合标准要求的设计建议。在建筑节能上,从建筑和外围护结构在设计上改善建筑节能,通过典型低层砌体房屋的热工分析,得到满足要求的外围护结构的保温层厚度。在结构设计上,以房屋的开间和进深为主要控制因素。通过控制开间和进深的大小,然后,基于规范设计方法对符合村镇低层砌体房屋定义的墙体、楼屋面板、基础进行简化设计,提出简化后的设计指标,用于指导城镇居民在没有正规设计的情况下自行建造房屋,并且能满足房屋的结构稳定及抗震需求。在材料运用上,对长沙市周边的几种主导型新型墙体材料提出基本要求,合理的推广新型墙体材料在村镇住宅房屋中的应用,倡导节能型村镇住宅建设。
[Abstract]:With the development of urban-rural integration in recent years, China is in the period of accelerating urbanization, and the demand for improving housing conditions and comfort is increasing. The current design code is designed for all buildings, but now the villages and towns to build their own model to build new housing, there are no specific regulations for the village and town lower house to limit. Make this extensive model in the village housing there are many aspects of the problem. Based on the current standard and the actual situation of Changsha, this paper simplifies the design of low story houses in villages and towns. In planning, the planning and design requirements of residential land, traffic and infrastructure are put forward according to the relevant norms and the actual needs of villages and towns. In architectural design, in combination with specifications and design experience, this paper aims at the layout and combination of village and town buildings in Changsha, the treatment of facade modeling, the vertical space layout of sections, the layout design of windows, doors and windows, and the waterproof structure of roofing wall corners. The design suggestions that meet the requirements of the standard are given. In the aspect of building energy saving, the building energy saving is improved in the design of the building and the outer enclosure structure. Through the thermal analysis of typical low-story masonry building, the thickness of the insulation layer of the outer enclosure structure which meets the requirements is obtained. In the structure design, the main control factor is the open room and the depth of the building. By controlling the size of the open room and the depth, and then, based on the standard design method, the simplified design of the wall, roof slab and foundation in accordance with the definition of the low story masonry building in the village and town is carried out, and the simplified design index is put forward. It is used to guide urban residents to build their own houses without formal design, and to meet the structural stability and seismic needs of buildings. In the application of materials, the paper puts forward the basic requirements of several kinds of leading new wall materials around Changsha, reasonably popularizes the application of new type wall materials in the houses of villages and towns, and advocates the construction of energy-saving houses in villages and towns.
