某核电厂汽轮发电机组弹簧隔振框架式基础抗震性能研究

【摘要】:汽轮发电机基础作为汽轮机的支承结构,结构可靠对发电机组的安全运行起着至关重要的作用,其抗震性能的优劣直接关系到地震作用下核心设备能否保全以及电厂能否安全运营,因而好的基础选型对结构抵抗地震作用意义重大。本文对核电站汽轮发电机组弹簧隔振框架式基础的抗震性能进行了研究,论文主要内容包括: (1)进行了弹簧隔振元件的力学性能试验,包括隔振弹簧水平侧向刚度测试和摩擦垫最大静摩擦系数复核,为弹簧隔振基础拟动力试验1:8模型制作和有限元模型建立提供相应参数。 (2)对弹簧隔振基础1:8模型进行了不同工况下的拟动力试验,并对地震响应信息如位移、力、钢筋应变等进行了采集和计算,通过位移时程、加速度时程、层间位移角、恢复力时程、钢筋应变、滞回曲线以及裂缝开展等的分析研究,,表明隔振基础在大震下仍然具有良好的抗震性能。 (3)利用LS-DYNA建立了包含箍筋的弹簧隔振基础和常规基础的精细化有限元模型,通过模态分析对模型的固有频率和振型等动力特性进行了验证,确保有限元模型的准确可靠;对弹簧隔振基础与不含隔振弹簧的常规基础进行了对比分析,发现弹簧隔振基础具有优良的抗震性能,隔振弹簧作用显著;通过变形及应力云图,对两种基础形式破坏模式进行了简要分析。
[Abstract]:As the supporting structure of steam turbine, the foundation of turbogenerator plays an important role in the safe operation of generator set. Its seismic performance is directly related to the preservation of the core equipment and the safe operation of the power plant under the earthquake, so the good selection of foundation is of great significance to the earthquake resistance of the structure. In this paper, the seismic performance of the spring isolation frame foundation of a nuclear power plant turbogenerator is studied. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) the mechanical performance test of the spring vibration isolation element is carried out. The horizontal lateral stiffness test of the vibration isolation spring and the check of the maximum static friction coefficient of the friction pad provide the corresponding parameters for the 1:8 model making and the finite element model establishment for the quasi dynamic test of the spring isolation foundation. (2) the quasi dynamic test of spring vibration isolation foundation 1:8 model under different working conditions is carried out, and the seismic response information such as displacement, force, reinforcement strain are collected and calculated. The displacement time history, acceleration time history and interstory displacement angle are obtained and calculated. The analysis of the time history of restoring force, the strain of steel bar, the hysteretic curve and the crack development shows that the vibration isolation foundation still has good seismic performance under the strong earthquake. (3) the fine finite element model of spring isolation foundation and conventional foundation with stirrups is established by using LS-DYNA. The dynamic characteristics of the model, such as natural frequency and vibration mode, are verified by modal analysis. Ensure the accuracy and reliability of the finite element model; The spring isolation foundation is compared with the conventional foundation without vibration isolation spring. It is found that the spring isolation foundation has excellent seismic performance and the vibration isolation spring plays an important role. Through the deformation and stress cloud diagram, the failure modes of two basic forms are analyzed briefly.
