[Abstract]:The total height of the 3 # block project in Beijing Olympic body area is 172.5m, which is a super-B high-rise structure. The main tower is composed of reinforced concrete inner tube, steel reinforced concrete outer frame column and steel beam, which is composed of reinforced concrete inner tube, section steel concrete outer frame column and steel beam. Two kinds of software, SATWE and ETABS, are used for overall analysis and calculation, and the results are basically consistent. The periodic ratio of the structure, the displacement angle between layers and the shear bearing capacity ratio between floors meet the requirements of the code. The eccentricity of the wall limbs and steel reinforced concrete outer frame columns in the reinforced concrete core tube bottom is not yielding to the mid-earthquake, and the shear capacity satisfies the medium-earthquake elasticity, and the control condition of the shear section is checked under the large earthquake. Under the action of horizontal and vertical earthquakes, the bearing capacity of the transfer beam meets the requirements of large earthquake, and the bearing capacity of the supporting member meets the requirements of mid-earthquake elasticity and strong shear and weak bending under the action of horizontal and vertical earthquakes. The dynamic elastoplastic time history analysis is carried out with PERFORM-3D software. The results show that the performance of the structure under large earthquake is reasonable and the structure is not seriously damaged or collapsed.
