爆破振动作用下结构弱面对边坡稳定性的影响及数值模拟研究

【摘要】:伴随着市场经济发展的步伐加快,我国对能源的需求也日益增高,使得露天采剥技术得到广泛的应用,然而在露天矿台阶爆破作业时产生的振动对边坡稳定性具有不可忽视的影响,并且矿山岩体边坡往往是有内部缺陷的、有软弱夹层的,所以,在爆破振动对边坡影响研究中,爆破对软弱构造区域的影响占有重要地位,对此类边坡的稳定性评价及安全措施的预防和采取意义重大。本文结合山西忻州神达梁家碛煤业有限公司露天煤矿测得的爆破数据,包括声波测试数据和振动测试数据,根据在不同介质条件下,声波速率和振动幅度都不同,说明其损伤规律也不尽相同,通过对比,得出存在结构弱面的边坡在爆破振动作用下受到的影响及损伤程度要比没有结构弱面的边坡大,更容易遭到爆破振动作用的破坏,并利用Ansys软件模拟在四次爆破振动动荷载作用下对有结构弱面的岩体边坡的扰动规律,证明了结构弱面对岩体边坡影响规律的正确性。
[Abstract]:With the quickening pace of the development of market economy, the demand for energy in our country is increasing day by day, which makes the open pit mining and stripping technology widely used. However, the vibration produced by bench blasting in open-pit mine has an important influence on the stability of the slope, and the mine rock slope often has internal defects and weak interlayers. Therefore, in the study of the impact of blasting vibration on the slope, the influence of blasting vibration on the slope stability can not be ignored. Blasting plays an important role in the influence of blasting on the weak structural area. It is of great significance to the evaluation of the stability of this kind of slope and the prevention and adoption of safety measures. Based on the blasting data measured in Shanxi Xinzhou Shenda Liangjia Coal Mine Co., Ltd, including acoustic wave test data and vibration test data, according to the different medium conditions, the velocity and vibration amplitude of sound wave are different. Through the comparison, it is concluded that the slope with weak structure is more affected by blasting vibration and the damage degree is larger than the slope without weak structure, so it is more vulnerable to damage by blasting vibration, and the damage of the slope with weak surface is much higher than that of the slope without the weak surface of the structure, and it is more vulnerable to damage by blasting vibration. Ansys software is used to simulate the disturbance law of rock slope with structure weak plane under the action of four times blasting vibration dynamic load, and the correctness of the influence law of structure weak face on rock mass slope is proved.
