峨眉山AM酒店建设项目进度计划与控制研究

【摘要】:在我国星级酒店事业迅速发展的大背景下,因高星级酒店的开发周期较长,收益较慢的特点越来越突显,做好酒店开发的进度计划与控制在未来一段时间内显得尤为重要。本文主要运用动态循环控制原理对峨眉山AM酒店建设项目,进行进度计划与控制研究。论文首先对该项目进行了简单的介绍,并且对影响进度的主要因素作了详细论述,其次编制了峨眉山AM酒店建设项目的进度详细计划,绘制了该项目的双代号网络图,根据实际进度和计划进度的偏差,绘制了项目前锋线比较图,然后运用搭接网络技术对峨眉山AM酒店建设项目进度做出调整,避免了前期由于进度滞后对总工期的影响,最后,阐述了峨眉山AM酒店建设项目为保证进度的实施所采取的一系列保障措施。本文将理论方法运用到工程项目的实践中,针对实际问题提出了合理有效的解决办法,对酒店建设项目的进度控制具有一定的借鉴价值,为建设工程项目管理提供参考。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the rapid development of star-rated hotels in China, because of the long development cycle and slow income of high-star hotels, it is particularly important to plan and control the progress of hotel development in the future. In this paper, the dynamic cycle control principle is used to study the progress planning and control of Emeishan AM hotel construction project. First of all, the paper briefly introduces the project, and discusses the main factors that affect the progress in detail. Secondly, it compiles the detailed plan of the construction project of Emeishan AM Hotel, and draws up the double code network diagram of the project. According to the deviation between the actual progress and the planned progress, the comparison diagram of the front line of the project is drawn, and then the progress of the construction project of Emeishan AM Hotel is adjusted by using lap network technology, which avoids the influence of the lag of progress on the total construction period in the early stage. Finally, This paper expounds a series of safeguard measures taken by the Emeishan AM hotel construction project to ensure the implementation of the progress. In this paper, the theory and method are applied to the practice of engineering projects, and a reasonable and effective solution to the practical problems is put forward, which has certain reference value for the progress control of hotel construction projects and provides a reference for the management of construction projects.
