大底盘地下室多塔楼高层建筑结构在水平力作用下的受力分析

【摘要】:大底盘地下室多塔楼结构是在目前用地紧张情况下与时俱进的新型结构形式。它一般由一整片用作地下车库或地下商场的地下室和多栋高层塔楼组成。这种结构能最大限度的利用土地,很合理的分配土地使用,特别适用于住宅小区建设。很多学者和工程技术人员对大底盘地下室多塔结构进行了理论和设计方面的研究,已经取得了诸如计算理论模型、嵌固端设计等成果,但仍有较多问题需要进一步分析研究。本文对大底盘地下室多塔楼结构进行了理论总结与计算分析,深入探讨了此类结构在水平作用力下的受力性能。首先介绍了大底盘地下室的基本分析方法,总结了大底盘多塔结构的计算分析模型与振动计算推导,阐述了此类结构的设计建模分析原则。然后分析了塔楼对周边地下室结构的应力、内力等参数的影响。探讨了不同塔楼结构类型、塔楼宽度与高度、地下室刚度分布时整体结构的地震反应,得出了塔楼对地下室的大致影响范围与不同情况下该影响范围的变化情况。继而探讨了多塔楼的相互影响机制。通过改变大底盘地下室单塔楼结构中塔楼结构类型与地下室刚度分布,进行塔楼地震反应分析,提供单塔结构中附带的地下室跨数的参考依据,进而分析双塔结构相互间结构特性的影响。通过比较不同布置形式的大底盘地下室多塔楼与单塔楼的结构特性,揭示多塔楼间的影响特点。最后对工程中常见的大底盘地下室顶板与塔楼首层高差错层情况进行了有限元分析,探讨了高差错层处在水平地震作用下的受力情况。针对工程常用的几种高差构造措施,进行整体结构的反应谱分析,给出构造措施对高差处传力性能的影响。对不同高差的整体结构进行pushover分析,获得不同高差下整体结构的破坏机制,得出高差对整体结构性能的影响。综上所述,本文主要对大底盘地下室多塔楼结构中塔楼对地下室影响、多塔楼间的相互影响机制、塔楼与地下室顶板高差处的传力性能等三个方面进行了研究,得出了相应的结论,为此类结构的相关研究以及设计提供了理论技术参考。

[Abstract]:The multi-tower structure of large chassis basement is a new type of structure which keeps pace with the times under the condition of shortage of land at present. It usually consists of a basement and a number of high-rise towers used as underground garages or underground shopping malls. This structure can maximize the use of land, very reasonable distribution of land use, especially suitable for residential district construction. Many scholars and engineers have studied the theory and design of multi-tower structure in large chassis basement, and have made achievements such as calculation theory model, embedded end design and so on, but there are still many problems that need to be further analyzed and studied. In this paper, the theoretical summary and calculation and analysis of the multi-tower structure of the basement with large chassis are carried out, and the mechanical properties of this kind of structure under the horizontal force are discussed in detail. Firstly, the basic analysis method of large chassis basement is introduced, the calculation analysis model and vibration calculation derivation of large chassis multi-tower structure are summarized, and the design modeling and analysis principles of this kind of structure are expounded. Then the influence of the tower on the stress, internal force and other parameters of the surrounding basement structure is analyzed. The seismic response of the whole structure when different tower structure types, tower width and height and basement stiffness distribution is discussed, and the approximate influence range of tower on basement and the variation of the influence range under different conditions are obtained. Then the interaction mechanism of multi-tower is discussed. By changing the type of tower structure and the distribution of basement stiffness in the single tower structure with large chassis, the seismic response analysis of the tower is carried out, and the reference basis of the basement span attached to the single tower structure is provided, and then the influence of the structural characteristics of the two towers on each other is analyzed. By comparing the structural characteristics of multi-tower and single tower in large chassis basement with different arrangement forms, the influence characteristics of multi-tower are revealed. Finally, the finite element analysis of the high error layer between the basement roof of the large chassis and the first floor of the tower is carried out, and the stress of the high error layer under the action of horizontal earthquake is discussed. In view of several kinds of height difference structural measures commonly used in engineering, the response spectrum analysis of the whole structure is carried out, and the influence of structural measures on the force transmission performance at the height difference is given. The pushover analysis of the whole structure with different height difference is carried out, and the failure mechanism of the whole structure under different height difference is obtained, and the influence of height difference on the performance of the whole structure is obtained. To sum up, this paper mainly studies the influence of tower on basement, the interaction mechanism between multi-tower and basement roof, and the force transfer performance between tower and basement roof, and draws the corresponding conclusions, which provides a theoretical and technical reference for the related research and design of this kind of structure.
