外加剂对再生砂浆性能的影响(英文)

与操作复杂、耗时较长的再生细骨料强化方法相比,直接在再生砂浆中添加外加剂可有效扩大再生砂浆在实际工程中的应用.采用六偏磷酸钠、木质素磺酸钠和柠檬酸混合制成外加剂SSC,并将其直接添加到再生砂浆中.首先,研究了再生细骨料和普通细骨料的组分和物理性能.其次,对比了添加与未添加SSC再生砂浆的性能.结果表明:再生细骨料与普通细骨料存在显著的差异,且未掺加SSC的再生砂浆性能比普通砂浆差.但是,添加SSC后,再生砂浆的稠度值、保水率、抗压强度和凝结时间分别增大了5%,7%,66%和67%,且其稠度损失和密度分别降低了42%和4%.因此,通过添加外加剂提高再生砂浆的性能,可以有效地扩大再生砂浆在实际工程中的应用.
