【摘要】:随着互联网的不断普及,以大数据、云计算、社交网络为优势的互联网企业积累了大量的客户资源,并将业务逐渐延伸到金融领域,形成了一种新的模式-互联网金融。2013年以来,互联网金融业务出现了爆发式的增长。然而,与互联网金融发展形成强烈反差的是我国传统银行的发展情况。2014年1月,人民币存款骤然减少9447亿元,增速创10年以来的新低。这样的变化足以让银行系统开始坐立不安。尤其是中小商业银行资金实力相对薄弱、营业网点不足、服务对象与互联网金融有较大的重合度,因而更易遭到冲击。在如此竞争激烈的环境下如何探索进一步的发展是中小商业银行十分关注的问题。本文探讨的就是互联网金融背景下中小商业银行银行如何发展的问题。首先,本文研究了互联网金融的概念及特征,将互联网金融与传统银行业务的互联网化区分开来,并在此基础上对当前互联网金融模式做出了详细的划分。要研究互联网金融发展背景下中小商业银行的发展问题,首先需要厘清互联网金融到底为中小商业银行带来了何种冲击,本文通过中小商业银行资产负债表和利润表的相关业务作为切入点,详细分析了互联网金融不同模式对于中小商业银行业务和利润的影响。通过分析可以看到,互联网金融各种模式对于中小商业银行的影响效果不尽相同,其中互联网理财产品销售、第三方支付平台对于中小商业银行的存款业务影响较大,同时各种业务模式也影响了中小商业银行的中间业务收入和存贷利差。通过分析了影响渠道之后,本文又选取了一家中小商业银行作为案例,单独研究其在互联网金融竞争下的发展措施。该银行建立起直销银行、发展各种类型的创新产品来对抗互联网金融取得了一定的成效,如:客户数量增长快并且业务规模发展势头良好等。但同时也存在着如发展定位、运营模式不够独立,风险控制不够健全,缺少完善的产品体系等问题。通过这一案例,可以看到我国中小商业银行目前发展的优势以及还存在的问题,最后将对这些问题进一步提出具有针对性的对策和建议。
[Abstract]:With the popularity of the Internet, Internet companies with the advantages of big data, cloud computing and social networking have accumulated a large number of customer resources, and gradually extended their businesses to the financial field, forming a new mode -- Internet finance. Since 2013, there has been an explosive growth in the Internet financial business. However, the strong contrast with the development of Internet finance is the development of Chinese traditional banks. In January 2014, RMB deposits dropped by 944 billion 700 million yuan, and the growth rate was at a new low of 10 years. Such changes are enough to make the banking system start to fidget. In particular, small and medium-sized commercial banks are more vulnerable to shocks due to their relatively weak financial strength, lack of business outlets, and the coincidence of users and Internet finance. In such a competitive environment, how to explore further development is a matter of great concern for small and medium commercial banks. This paper discusses the development of small and medium commercial banks under the background of Internet finance. First of all, this paper studies the concept and characteristics of Internet finance, divides Internet finance from Internet based traditional banking business, and based on this, makes a detailed division of the current Internet financial mode. The development problem of small and medium-sized commercial banks under the background of Internet financial development, we first need to clarify the impact of Internet banking in the end what brought for the small and medium-sized commercial banks, this paper starting point through the small commercial bank balance sheet and income statement related business as the effects of different modes of Internet Banking for small and medium-sized commercial banks and profit analysis in detail. Through the analysis we can see the effect for small and medium-sized commercial banks all kinds of Internet financial model is different, the deposit business Internet sales of financial products, the third party payment platform for small and medium sized commercial banks greater impact, and various business models also influence the intermediate business income and deposit spreads of small and medium commercial banks. After analyzing the influence channels, a small and medium sized commercial bank is selected as a case to study its development measures under the Internet financial competition separately. The bank has established direct selling banks and developed various types of innovative products to fight against Internet finance, which has made some progress, such as: the rapid growth of the number of customers and the good momentum of business scale development. But at the same time, there are also problems such as development positioning, operation mode is not independent, risk control is not perfect, lack of perfect product system and so on. Through this case, we can see the advantages and problems existing in the development of small and medium-sized commercial banks in China. Finally, we will further propose targeted countermeasures and suggestions for these problems.
