【摘要】:利率市场化改革是我国金融体制改革的核心内容之一,党的十八大对此高度重视,指出要建立健全现代金融体系,深化金融体制改革,促进我们宏观经济稳定健康的发展。利率市场化是指金融机构在货币市场经营融资的利率水平;银行首先分析潜在的目标客户群,并针对这些群体开发设计一款投资和管理计划就是银行理财产品。一方面,伴随着我国利率市场化的稳步推进,影响了我国的金融环境,各个金融机构之间可以自由公平的激烈竞争,这样银行理财产品的价格会在一个合理的范围内浮动,但也对理财产品有一定的影响。利率市场化加快了银行理财产品发展的步伐,反过来银行理财产品是利率市场化改革发展到一定阶段的产物。为适应利率放开和市场的需求,银行理财产品必须不断创新和前进,以满足不同客户的需要;另一方面,理财产品在快速发展的同时,在种类结构、透明度、金融知识欠缺、信息披露以及风险揭示等方面也表现出一些问题。在查阅相关资料的基础之上,首先探讨了本课题的由来及意义,通过阅读大量的相关资料,笔者阐述了国内外研究现状;其次,对我国市场利率化理论和银行理财产品的相关概念进行深入剖析,为后续的深入研究奠定理论基础;再次,从银行理财产品的规模、产品的创新、竞争力以及风险管控能力等多方面深入剖析了利率市场化对银行理财产品的影响;最后,基于利率市场化,并根据银行理财产品面临的诸多挑战,从银行开展理财产品的策略、国外银行经验借鉴以及利率市场化条件下的产品风险控制三个方面着手,提出了为应对利率市场化银行理财产品应采取的应对措施。
[Abstract]:The reform of interest rate marketization is one of the core contents of the financial system reform in China. The 18 Party Congress attaches great importance to it and points out that it is necessary to establish and perfect the modern financial system and deepen the reform of the financial system. The marketization of interest rate refers to the level of interest rate that financial institutions operate and finance in the money market; Banks first analyze the potential target customer groups, and develop and design an investment and management plan for these groups is banking financial products. On the one hand, with the steady progress of interest rate marketization in China. Affected the financial environment of our country, each financial institution can be free and fair fierce competition, so the price of bank financial products will fluctuate within a reasonable range. But it also has a certain impact on the financial products. The interest rate marketization has accelerated the pace of the development of banking financial products. In turn, banking financial products are the product of interest rate market-oriented reform to a certain stage. In order to meet the needs of interest rate liberalization and market, bank financial products must be constantly innovated and advanced to meet the needs of different customers. On the other hand, financial products in the rapid development, in the category structure, transparency, lack of financial knowledge, information disclosure and risk disclosure also showed some problems. First of all, the origin and significance of this topic is discussed. Through reading a large number of relevant materials, the author expounds the current research situation at home and abroad. Secondly, the theory of market interest rate and the related concepts of banking financial products are deeply analyzed to lay a theoretical foundation for further research. Thirdly, the paper analyzes the impact of interest rate marketization on banking financial products from the aspects of scale, innovation, competitiveness and risk control ability. Finally, based on the marketization of interest rate, and according to the many challenges faced by the banking financial products, from the bank to carry out the strategy of financial products. Based on the experience of foreign banks and the product risk control under the condition of interest rate marketization, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to deal with the financial products of market-oriented interest rate banks.
