【摘要】：正文化作为一种独特而重要的社会存在,对一个国家或地区乃至世界的发展都起着十分重要的作用,有人甚至把它称为"制度之母"。从文化对人类活动的影响路径来看,特定文化首先形成特定的行为规范,这些行为规范会影响到政治经济活动的各个方面。本文从英美文化传承的历史视角,回顾了现代金融体制的盎格鲁—萨克逊模式的形成与发展,并通过与其文化背景不同的莱茵模式的对比分析和在金融危机背景下的反思,重点探讨了盎格鲁—萨克逊模式下现代金融体制的下一步走向。
[Abstract]:As a unique and important social existence, positive culture plays a very important role in the development of a country or region or even the world. Some people even call it the "mother of institutions". From the perspective of the influence of culture on human activities, a specific culture first forms a specific code of conduct. These codes of conduct will affect all aspects of political and economic activities. This paper reviews the formation and development of the Anglo-Saxon model of the modern financial system from the historical perspective of British and American cultural heritage. Through the comparative analysis of the Rhine model which is different from its cultural background and the reflection on the background of the financial crisis, this paper focuses on the next step of the modern financial system under the Anglo-Saxon model.
