【摘要】：改革开放以来,中国经济已经深深地溶入了全球经济体系。银行经营活动国际化,金融资源配置国际化,银行运作规则国际化和金融监管的国际化,使中国银行业融入全球化的浪潮不可避免,中国银行业的跨国经营成为重要趋势。在经历百年一遇国际金融危机冲击之后,全球经济开始缓慢复苏,全球金融体系随着已发生深刻变化的世界经济基本格局,开始了危机后的秩序重构与整合,中国商业银行国际化面临着难得的历史机遇。我国“十二五”规划纲要明确提出参与国际金融准则新一轮修订,完善我国金融业稳健标准,全球银行业的国际化对稳健的银行监管提出了新的要求和挑战。但是,我国银行国际化战略布局规划水平还较低,理论方面的研究主要借鉴国外的研究结论,实证研究方面关于国际化战略相对而言也较少。本文综合运用MBA期间所学的相关金融学、公司战略等相关知识及图书馆文献资源,研究了交通银行国际化发展战略及其实施策略。首先界定了相关银行国际化战略方面的概念及理论基础,包括银行国际化动因理论、银行国际化战略理论、银行国际化发展战略等。然后简要介绍了交通银行国际化经营的发展历程及其发展国际化战略的需求,将其与国有四大银行的国际化发展进行对比,并对交通银行进行了PEST分析、五力模型分析、SWOT分析,得出其所处的国内外竞争形势。最后借鉴交通银行的战略投资者HSRC汇丰银行国际化的成功经验及启示,分析了后危机时代交通银行国际化发展战略目标,提出交通银行国际化发展战略的具体实施策略,给我国商业银行国际化发展道路提供一些参考。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the economy has Chinese deeply into the global economic system. The bank internationalization, the internationalization of financial resource allocation, the internationalization of bank internationalization and operation rules of financial supervision, the banking industry Chinese into the wave of globalization is inevitable, China's banking industry transnational business has become an important trend. After a hundred international financial crisis in the impact of the global economy began to slow recovery of the global financial system with the basic pattern of the world economy has undergone profound changes, began the reconstruction of order and integration after the crisis, the commercial bank China internationalization is facing a rare historical opportunity. China's "12th Five-Year" plan clearly put forward to participate in a new round of amendments to the international financial standards, improve the stability of China's financial industry standards, the internationalization of the global banking industry put forward new demands and challenges on robust banking supervision. However, the strategic layout planning level of China's banks is relatively low. The theoretical research mainly draws on foreign research conclusions, and empirical research is relatively less about the internationalization strategy.
The related finance studies the comprehensive use of MBA during the period of the literature resources related knowledge of company strategy and research library, international development strategy and implementation strategy of Bank of communications. This part defines the concept and theoretical basis of bank internationalization strategy, including bank internationalization theory, bank internationalization strategy theory, banking internationalization development strategy and then briefly introduces the development process of internationalization strategy of internationalization of Bank of communications and development needs, compares it with the four major state-owned banks and international development, and the Bank of communications of the PEST analysis, five forces model analysis, SWOT analysis, obtained the domestic and foreign competition situation. Finally draw the successful experience and Enlightenment the bank's strategic investors HSRC HSBC internationalization, analyzes the bank internationalization development strategy in the post crisis era. The specific implementation strategy of the international development strategy of the Bank of communications is put forward, which provides some reference for the international development road of China's commercial banks.
