天津滨海新区金融创新对江苏的启示

【摘要】：金融创新是金融发展的内在推动力。本文首先分析天津滨海新区金融创新的现状和效果，在此基础上，比较滨海新区金融创新和江苏金融创新的背景与内涵，提出江苏金融创新的建议。本文认为，应着力探索江苏金融创新的突破点，适当考虑运用多种形式金融政策与金融工具，即麦泽恩融资加多变量衍生的金融组合创新；资源证券化加预评估的金融转化创新；财税调拨加政策扶持的金融示范创新。提出江苏金融创新应注重地区金融互动，审视自身定位实施差异化竞争手段，加快推进直接融资，推动金融体制深化等建议。
[Abstract]:Financial innovation is the inner driving force of financial development. This paper first analyzes the status and effect of Tianjin Binhai New Area of financial innovation, based on the comparison of financial innovation in Jiangsu Binhai New Area and the background and connotation of financial innovation, financial innovation in Jiangsu put forward suggestions. This paper argues that should be the breakthrough point to explore financial innovation in Jiangsu, consider using a variety of the form of financial policy and financial instruments, Financial Innovation Portfolio financing with variables derived from wheat SEHN; financial innovation resources securitization and pre evaluation of transformation; financial innovation demonstration and policy support of the fiscal allocation. Jiangsu proposed financial innovation should focus on regional financial interaction, examine their own positioning the implementation of differentiated competition, accelerate the direct financing. To promote the deepening of the financial system.
