【摘要】:国内外企业发展的经验和教训告诉我们,当企业发展到一定规模的时候,战略管理是否科学合理直接决定企业发展的兴衰成败。一般说来,企业战略是企业在分析外部环境和内部条件现状及其变化趋势的基础上,为获得企业的长期生存和发展所作的整体性、全局性、长远性的谋划及相应的对策。面对复杂多变的市场形势,银联商务有限公司湖北分公司(以下简称“湖北银商”)紧紧围绕总公司“打造综合支付服务提供商”的经营目标,以全力加快市场建设为第一要务,积极开拓新市场,扎实推进新业务,努力创造新收益。 本文以湖北银商为研究对象,依据战略管理、经济学、公司治理等经典理论,以市场经济、行业特点和企业现状为背景,首先介绍了研究背景、目的、意义和研究方法,并介绍了企业战略管理、银行卡产业的相关概念等。接着对公司现状进行了总结和评析,并通过对湖北银商所处的银行卡服务行业和行业环境,外部和内部优势劣势分析,运用系统化的企业战略管理理论和科学的分析工具,找出了公司所处宏观环境中的机会、威胁和企业自身优势、劣势,为拟定公司的战略规划提供了科学依据。之后通过SWOT分析对企业提出战略备选方案和相对评价,从而给企业进行定位,选择出合适的发展战略,并就如何实现总体战略制定了各项措施,以实现企业的持续、健康、稳步发展,用以指导该类企业从战略的层次考虑企业的长远发展。本文认为湖北银商应该把握存量商户,与其他优势行业形成战略合作,强强联合,,整合资源,同时加强自身产品研发,实现多元化发展。本论文通过对湖北银商发展战略的研究,希望对类型相似的企业的发展战略的制定也具有一定的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:The experience and lessons of enterprise development at home and abroad tell us that when the enterprise develops to a certain scale, whether the strategic management is scientific, reasonable or not directly determines the success or failure of the enterprise development. Generally speaking. Enterprise strategy is the integrity of the enterprise in order to obtain the long-term survival and development of the enterprise on the basis of analyzing the external environment and internal conditions and its changing trend. Based on the classical theories of strategic management, economics, corporate governance, and the background of market economy, industry characteristics and the present situation of enterprises, this paper firstly introduces the research background and purpose. The significance and research methods, and the introduction of corporate strategic management, bank card industry related concepts and so on. Then the company's current situation is summarized and evaluated. And through the bank card service industry and industry environment, external and internal strengths and weaknesses analysis, the use of systematic enterprise strategic management theory and scientific analysis tools. Find out the opportunities, threats and strengths and weaknesses of the company in the macro environment. It provides a scientific basis for the formulation of the company's strategic planning. Then through the SWOT analysis to put forward strategic options and relative evaluation for the enterprise to position and select the appropriate development strategy. And how to achieve the overall strategy of the measures to achieve sustainable, healthy and steady development of the enterprise. To guide this kind of enterprises from the strategic level to consider the long-term development of enterprises. This paper believes that Hubei banks should grasp the stock of merchants, and other advantages of industries to form strategic cooperation, strong combination, integration of resources. At the same time, strengthen their own product research and development, achieve diversified development. This paper through the development strategy of Hubei banks and merchants, hope to similar types of enterprises to formulate the development strategy also has certain reference significance.
