中国农业银行辽宁省分行绩效考核研究

【摘要】:我国从计划经济走向市场经济,特别是改革开放以来,金融体制发生了巨大的变化,尤其加入世界贸易组织后,有许多外资银行在我国成立分支机构,其先进的管理理念和灵活的经营机制,让国内商业银行面临挑战。一家优秀的银行是靠人来运转,人员的才能是企业经营的有力支撑,面对国内优秀的经营管理人才大量流失,建立有效的激励机制才是稳固国内商业银行的根本,而绩效考核管理正是这一机制的基础。 本文以中国农业银行股份有限公司辽宁省分行现有绩效考核体系为指导,参考国内其他四大商业银行绩效考核管理经验与其对比,找出中国农业银行辽宁省分行绩效考核体系存在问题,从而分析解决对策,并为使现有考核体系设计出——《机关部室绩效考核办法》。
[Abstract]:China has changed greatly from planned economy to market economy, especially since the reform and opening up. Especially after joining WTO, many foreign banks have set up branches in our country. With its advanced management concept and flexible management mechanism, domestic commercial banks are faced with challenges. An excellent bank is run by people, and the ability of personnel is the strong support of enterprise management. In the face of the loss of excellent management talents in China, the establishment of an effective incentive mechanism is the fundamental to stabilize the domestic commercial banks, and the performance appraisal management is the basis of this mechanism. This paper is guided by the existing performance appraisal system of Liaoning Branch of Agricultural Bank of China, referring to the performance appraisal management experience of the other four commercial banks and comparing it. This paper finds out the problems existing in the performance appraisal system of the Liaoning branch of Agricultural Bank of China, and then analyzes and resolves the countermeasures, and designs the "performance Appraisal method for the departments and departments" in order to make the existing appraisal system.
