【摘要】：电子支付产业面临着各种问题和障碍。从在线电子支付的实践来看，由于受到跨行支付瓶颈、多头支付网关、不同的信息接口标准、交易处理流程与安全认证流程多、逃税、洗钱和信用危机等问题的困扰，现有的电子支付系统不能满足协同电子商务的要求。另外，产业中各不同的参与主体之间如何建立合理的利益结构，形成相互依存，相互制约，互利共赢的格局，成为产业发展不得不重点考虑的基本因素。本论文在此背景下提出建立统一的电子支付平台及其协议，实现支付资源的整合及支付流程的规范，同时理清各参与主体之间的关系结构，形成高效率、低成本、易监管、同评估的共赢局面。论文通过对第四方电子商务环境的分析来构建统一支付平台体系，并在该平台体系之上描述统一支付流程，然后根据支付流程设计兼顾安全、公平和效率的支付协议。为了辅助协议的设计，文章还以安全需求和性能需求的分析为切入点，描述了统一支付协议的安全体系，提出了协议的设计目标。此外，论文采用BAN类逻辑对统一支付协议中参与方认证问题进行了形式化分析，同时对其他关键性能做综合的分析。最后，根据统一支付平台目标和协议性能提出了第四方电子商务环境中商家统一信用评估的实现机制。文章的创新之处主要体现在以下两个方面：（1）设计基于统一支付平台和平台支付流程的统一支付协议，包括注册协议、支付主协议、退货协议和换货协议；为满足协议的设计同时描绘了基于第四方电子商务的统一支付平台框架结构，，包括业务、管理、支付、接入和认证五个子体系，并引入虚拟账户概念；描述了基于统一支付平台的支付流程。（2）在基于第四方电子商务统一支付平台及平台支付协议的基础上提出了一个独立的商家信用评估机制。
[Abstract]:The electronic payment industry is facing various problems and obstacles. From the practice of online electronic payment, due to the bottleneck of cross-bank payment, multi-payment gateway, different information interface standards. The existing electronic payment system can not meet the requirements of collaborative electronic commerce due to the problems of transaction processing and security authentication, tax evasion, money laundering and credit crisis. How to establish a reasonable interest structure among different participants in the industry to form a pattern of interdependence, mutual restriction, mutual benefit and win-win situation. Under this background, this paper proposes to establish a unified electronic payment platform and its protocol to realize the integration of payment resources and the standard of payment process. At the same time, it clarifies the relationship structure among the participants to form a win-win situation of high efficiency, low cost, easy supervision and evaluation. Through the analysis of the fourth party e-commerce environment, the paper constructs a unified payment platform system, and describes the unified payment process on the platform system, and then according to the payment process design to give consideration to security. Fair and efficient payment protocol. In order to support the design of the protocol, this paper also describes the unified payment protocol security system based on the analysis of security requirements and performance requirements. In addition, the thesis uses BAN logic to formalize the authentication of participants in the unified payment protocol, and makes a comprehensive analysis of other key performance. Finally. According to the goal of the unified payment platform and the performance of the protocol, the implementation mechanism of unified credit evaluation for merchants in the fourth party e-commerce environment is put forward. The innovation of this paper is mainly reflected in the following two aspects: Design the unified payment protocol based on the unified payment platform and the platform payment process, including registration agreement, payment master agreement, return agreement and exchange agreement; In order to satisfy the design of the protocol, the framework of the unified payment platform based on the fourth party electronic commerce is described, including five sub-systems of service, management, payment, access and authentication, and the concept of virtual account is introduced. The payment process based on unified payment platform is described. 2) an independent merchant credit evaluation mechanism is proposed on the basis of the fourth party electronic commerce unified payment platform and the platform payment protocol.
