【摘要】：本文主要探索青龙满族自治县农村信用合作联社(以下简称青龙联社)的发展战略，为青龙联社的战略研究提供资料分析的材料，进一步完善和健全青龙联社已有的企业机制、体制及组织机构，，丰富和发展青龙联社的发展理念、营销理念等。文章首先说明了选题的背景及意义，介绍了战略发展尤其是信用社战略发展研究的国内和国外相关现状，阐述了青龙联社战略发展研究的目的与方法。文章其次介绍了青龙联社的发展概况，并对青龙联社的外部环境和内部环境进行宏观和微观两个层面的分析，在分析的基础上综合运用SWOT分析法，得出青龙联社战略发展的优势(S)、劣势(W)、机遇(O)、威胁(T)。文章最后在对青龙联社进行详细深入的剖析基础上，对其战略发展指出方向，并提供与之相适应的保障措施，确保战略目标的实现。本文用实际调查的方法收集了经济环境因素、人均收入情况方面的材料，并将青龙联社的人力资源、内部外向资源、存款情况、贷款情况等诸多方面与青龙县内农行、中行、工行、邮政储蓄、秦皇岛市商行等主要竞争对手进行对比分析。用资料分析对上述调查情况进行全面细致的研究，并从中得出了青龙县宏观经济环境良好，为青龙联社战略发展提供有力保障。在青龙联社的宏观分析中，原本只考虑从人口环境分析、自然环境分析两方面取材，但由于对青龙县的自然环境因素调查不全面，深度不够，而人口环境的复杂程度高，所以最后采用经济环境分析的材料。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly explores the Qinglong Manchu Autonomous County Rural Credit Cooperatives (hereinafter referred to as Qinglong AP) development strategy, provide data analysis materials for Strategic Research Association Qinglong, enterprise mechanism to further improve and perfect the existing system of Qinglong Union, and the organization, development of the concept of the enrichment and development of Qinglong Union, marketing idea.
This paper first explains the background and significance of the topic selection, and introduces the current situation of strategic development, especially the research of credit cooperatives' strategic development both at home and abroad, and expounds the purpose and method of Qinglong Union's strategic development research.
The article then introduces the general development of Qinglong Union, analyzes two macro and micro level of Qinglong union internal and external environment analysis, the integrated use of SWOT on the basis of the analysis, the strategic development of the advantages of Qinglong Association (S), weakness (W), opportunity, threat ((O) T).
Finally, based on a detailed and in-depth analysis of Qinglong Union, the paper points out the direction of its strategic development and provides corresponding safeguards to ensure the realization of its strategic goals.
This paper collected the economic factors with actual survey methods, per capita income in terms of the material, and the Qinglong Association of human resources, internal external resources, deposits, loans and other aspects and Qinglong County Agricultural Bank of China, Bank of China, bank, postal savings, Qinhuangdao City firms and other major competitors were analyzed. To conduct a comprehensive and detailed study on the survey data analysis, and draws the macroeconomic Qinglong County environment is good, providing a powerful guarantee for the Qinglong union development strategy. In the macro analysis of Qinglong Association, originally only consider from the analysis of population environment, natural environment analysis two aspects of materials, but the investigation of the Qinglong County the natural environment is not comprehensive, not enough depth, complexity of environment and population is high, so the economic environment analysis of the material.
