【摘要】：银行的国际业务是伴随外贸发展日益发展而来的,13世纪的英国是其最早的发源地。20世纪60年代,在各国金融体系改革、国际银行监管体系、国际货币体系、国际金融市场的推动下,银行国际业务开始了高速的发展,国际业务在银行发展中的地位和作用不断地增强。国际业务是银行界的新兵,但其优势却是传统银行业所不可比拟的,比如:风险低、中间收入高、盈利能力强等。当前,作为金融机构经营的最关键业务收入来源之一,其已成为金融机构业绩评价方面的关键指标。自我国入世后,国内的股份银行、国有银行发展势头迅猛,而且不断有各种外资银行进入我国,让中国农业银行宁波市分行遭受到前所未有的内、外双重挑战。基于上述原因,笔者期待经由深入分析中国农业银行宁波市分行当前国际业务现状,为中国农业银行宁波市分行国际业务的发展规划出一个明朗的前景,巩固在宁波地区银行国际业务领域的领先位置。同时也为国内其他股份制银行国际业务的发展提供参考和借鉴。本文从战略管理的角度,运用战略管理理论及分析工具,对中国农业银行宁波市分行国际业务发展战略进行研究,旨在使中国农业银行宁波市分行国际业务保持持续的竞争优势,树立大行地位。本文首先运用文献分析法,分析国内外商业银行国际业务及其发展的概况,奠定整篇论文的理论基础;同时,对国内外商业银行国际业务发展战略进行案例介绍,从中得到借鉴与启示;然后,从战略研究的背景与意义出发,对中国农业银行宁波市分行国际业务面临的内外部因素进行战略分析,并运用大环境分析法和SWOT战略分析制定中国农业银行宁波市分行国际业务发展战略,最后在SWOT战略分析的基础上,按照“稳中求进、稳中提质、稳中有为”的指导思想,坚持以市场为导向,以客户为中心,规模与效益并重的原则,提出中国农业银行宁波市分行国际业务差异化发展战略的具体应对策略及保障。
[Abstract]:With the development of foreign trade, Britain in the 13th century is its earliest birthplace. In 60s, the financial system of various countries was reformed and the international banking supervision system was established. With the promotion of the international monetary system and the international financial market, the international business of the bank has begun to develop at a high speed, and the position and role of the international business in the development of the bank have been continuously strengthened. The international business is the new recruit of the banking industry. However, its advantages are incomparable to the traditional banking industry, such as: low risk, high intermediate income, strong profitability and so on. At present, as one of the most important business revenue sources of financial institutions. It has become the key index of performance evaluation of financial institutions. Since China's entry into WTO, the domestic stock banks and state-owned banks have developed rapidly, and various kinds of foreign banks have been coming into our country. Agricultural Bank of China Ningbo City Branch to face unprecedented internal and external challenges. Based on the above reasons, I look forward to in-depth analysis of the current international business situation of the Ningbo Branch of Agricultural Bank of China. Agricultural Bank of China Ningbo Branch for the development of international business planning a bright future. Consolidate the leading position in the field of international business of Ningbo regional bank. At the same time, it provides reference and reference for the development of international business of other domestic joint-stock banks. This article from the perspective of strategic management. By using strategic management theory and analysis tools, this paper studies the international business development strategy of Ningbo Branch of Agricultural Bank of China, in order to keep the international business of Ningbo Branch of Agricultural Bank of China sustainable competitive advantage. Firstly, this paper uses the literature analysis method to analyze the international business of commercial banks at home and abroad and its development, so as to lay the theoretical foundation of the whole paper. At the same time, it introduces the international business development strategy of domestic and foreign commercial banks, and draws lessons from it. Then, starting from the background and significance of the strategic research, this paper makes a strategic analysis of the internal and external factors facing the international business of Ningbo Branch of Agricultural Bank of China. And the use of large environmental analysis and SWOT strategic analysis to formulate the agricultural bank of China Ningbo branch international business development strategy, finally on the basis of the SWOT strategic analysis, according to "steady progress, steady in quality." We insist on the principle of taking the market as the guide, taking the customer as the center and paying equal attention to the scale and efficiency. This paper puts forward the specific strategies and guarantees of the international business differentiation development strategy of Ningbo Branch of Agricultural Bank of China.
