包商银行国际业务发展现状及对策研究

【摘要】：随着经济全球化和国内开放型经济的迅速发展,中国已跃升为全球第二大经济体,银行本外币一体化趋势也越来越明显。作为推动这一进程的国际业务,越来越受到各家银行的重视。商业银行开展国际业务,一方面能够得到稳定的收益,另一方面,通过这项业务的开展可以带动和推动银行其它业务的发展。随着金融全球化以强劲的势头迅速发展,资本流动全球化、金融市场全球化极大地改变并且继续改变着国际银行业的经营环境和运行方式。这种变化使得国际业务在商业银行诸项业务中的重要程度更加突出。包商银行作为处于银行第三梯队的城市商业银行,自2006年迈开国际业务发展步伐后,开始全面拓展相关业务。本文从国际业务的基础理论出发,揭示包商银行国际业务发展进程中存在的问题,对其国际业务的发展进行总结,对包商银行国际业务发展的现状进行了阐述,并从组织架构、配套的产品、系统建设、人才机制、代理行渠道、营销机制等方面就发展中存在的问题进行了剖析,有针对性地提出了包商银行国际业务发展的对策性建议。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economic globalization and domestic open economy, China has become the second largest economy in the world, and the trend of bank's integration of local and foreign currency is becoming more and more obvious. Commercial banks to carry out international business, on the one hand can get stable returns, on the other hand. Through the development of this business, we can promote the development of other banking business. With the rapid development of financial globalization, capital flow globalization. The globalization of financial market has greatly changed and continues to change the operating environment and operation mode of international banking, which makes international business more important in commercial bank business. As a city commercial bank in the third echelon of banks, the contractor bank has been developing its international business since 2006. This paper starts from the basic theory of international business. This paper reveals the problems existing in the process of the development of the international business of the contractor bank, summarizes the development of its international business, expounds the present situation of the development of the international business of the contractor bank, and from the organizational structure, the supporting products. The system construction, talent mechanism, agency channel, marketing mechanism and so on are analyzed in this paper, and the corresponding suggestions on the development of international business of the contractor bank are put forward.
